Rose is still trying to adjust to life without Miss Jackie . . . I can't quite call her my Gran yet. To be fair, Miss Jackie's now in a parallel world where Rose can never see her again. I would be upset, too, if that was my dad or my mum that went to the other world as well.
And it would be even worse if Mum was expecting another child. Of course I'd be ecstatic, but this is Miss Jackie, and Rose is going to have a . . .
Actually, would that be her real brother, or half brother? It's still Pete, but it's Pete from another universe . . . that's weird to think about.
But anyway, now there's a woman in white that just appeared from nowhere, and she's shouting at Dad without a care in the world. Rose is there looking stunned . . . and I think Dad is about to get slapped. Maybe more than once.
