Castle Point Part 2

Recap: Now we have to hide from fangirls on my birthday. Great.

"AAAAGGGHHHH!! Did you see where he went?" A brunette yelled.

I disguised my voice, "Uh, I think he went over by that roller coaster."

I pointed toward a large coaster on the other side of the park and pulled my hat down even further just in case she recognized me.

"Are you Alex Rowland?" She asked while tilting her head to the side.

"No, who's that?" I asked, doing my best to sound confused.

She shook her head and headed in the direction of the coaster. Thankfully she didn't recognise me, and I had the chance to run away before anyone else did.

"Wait up Alex!" Carter shouted behind me.

I turned around and shushed him. Any crazed fangirl who even heard the name Alex, would most likely assume it was me, so I just kept running. I ran until my legs burned and I eventually found a nice, big bush that covered me up. Carter caught up and sat down next to me, breathing heavily.

"Jeez, Alex, you run so fast!" He yelled.

"Shut up Carter!" I hissed.

He might as well just stand on top of a table and yelled, "Here she is, everyone! Alex Rowland! Hiding right here behind this bush!"

He just rolled his eyes and told me to chill. Does he not realize that we have been mobbed before? All those stories I tell of us running away from huge crowds? Does he think we like that? Ugh, now I see why Ashton doesn't like him.

From behind the bush, I could see people stop their Hunter search and look around for me. Jeez. It was like watching a hyena getting ready to pounce on their prey. I shuddered.

I saw someone look around the bush area. I tried to make myself look as small as I could. By crouching down more, I had broken a stick and made a noise. They saw me. I jumped up and sat at a table. I just got an amazing idea. I started fake crying, and then they backed off. A pretty girl with dark brown hair and green eyes slowly walked up to me.

"What's wrong Alex?" She asked.

I tried to make a scene. I breathed deeply, and somehow made myself cry harder.

"It's, it's just that," I made my voice quiver.

She put her hand on my shoulder.

"It's just that, I've had the worst day ever! First, my brothers left me to ride roller coasters. Then, almost everyone at the park chased me and my family for 2 hours. And the worst part is..."

"You can tell us.." The girl said.

"It's my birthday, and I was expecting it to be the best day of my life. But no. My brothers have to be famous and people always have to chase us around and take pictures and make big deal whenever anything happens. I can't just have a normal life anymore! Sometimes I just want to go back to the orphanage!" Before I realized it, there were real tears coming out of my eyes.

I saw Cameron, Carter, Hunter, Brandon, Ashton, and Christine (who had gotten back from driving the man to the hospital) standing behind someone and cried even more. I didn't mean to hurt them. I ran into the bathroom and no one came in or bothered me for a long time. *CREEEAAAAAKKK* Someone was coming in.

"Alex? Sweetie, are you in here?" I heard Christine's voice call.

"Yes," I croaked out.

I came out of the stall that I was crying in and ran into her arms.

"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry you've had a bad day! I told all those girls to delete any videos or pictures that they had taken from today, and I'm guessing that the majority of them listened."

It was quiet for a while. Then came the question I was dreading.

"Is it true that you want to go back to the orphanage? Are you happy with us?"

I wiped tears from my eyes and said, "No. I love you guys way too much. To even see the orphanage again would be a nightmare. It's just that all those crazy people scare me and it's hard for a 9 year old to deal with this. I have no clue how Ashton does it."

We hugged for a bit longer then walked outside again.

Who thinks something will happen with the guy that Christine helped?
