Arrival X At The X Arena

Eagerly the three sat on the airship, awaiting the moment when they would step out of the ship and into the arena of Battle Royale. Despite Alluka's inability to compete, she was still excited for the chance to see a new environment.

As the airship floated effortlessly through the cloudless sky, Usagi looked out the window towards the ocean below; the water sparkled in the sunlight as rolling waves took their time in gliding across the surface. Clouds billowed in fluffy bunches as they floated across the sky, passing the airship until finally-

"Look!" Usagi exclaimed, pressing her face and hands against the glass window, Killua and Alluka immediately following suit. Alluka's eyes widened as she gasped in wonder.

"Is that it?" she asked, awestruck as land peeked over the horizon.

"There's nothing else it could be," Usagi started, a look of determination blossoming over her features. "That has to be Oceanica- the site of Battle Royale!"

After the airship had landed and they had grabbed their bags and piled out, the three stepped eagerly onto the foreign land. Oceanica, being a cluster of islands off the coast of the Azian Continent, was a beach environment to say the least. The air had a salty tang, and waves crashed against the shore in the distance; their group was currently outside of an airport, and winding streets loomed out overhead as they branched into highways leading to the city of Mallney, capital of Oceanica.

Which then led to Battle Royale.

Usagi brought her hands up to her face as she took in her surroundings, eyes squinting as her lips formed a wide smile. "Killua, this is going to be great!!" she exclaimed, practically jumping up and down as she looked over at him.

"Woah, calm down- there are people around," Killua attempted to ease her excitement, though he was smiling too.

"Since when did I care what people think? You'll be a lot happier if you do the same," Usagi waved him off. Killua shrugged before the three of them sat in a black cab that would take them to Battle Royale.

As they drove through the city Usagi noticed that many of the people driving were headed towards hotels that were somewhat near the Battle Royale arena. Visitors, maybe? People hoping to be close to the show? She wasn't sure.

There was hardly enough time to ponder the question as they began driving down a street towards a guard who was standing before a tunnel. The cab stopped and the driver handed something to the guard- a Hunter License. Being allowed in, the guard stepped aside as they drive into the tunnel, their headlights being the only light in the darkness.

A few moments later and they were out in the open, the light blinding them for a split second before their eyes adjusted to reveal the Battle Royale stadium in all it's glory; the massive dome-like structure was surrounded by spotlights along the top, and the flag of the Hunter Association was mounted before each door.

In the area of the stadium was a gigantic parking lot to fit spectators' cars, along with a grand hotel reserved for Hunters not far behind; said hotel appeared to have a view of the arena and the ocean, Usagi noted.

Once they parked the group was escorted by a licensed Hunter to their room in the hotel, but not before signing them in as competitors. Alluka was allowed to stay with them as a guest.

As the door opened into their room of grandeur Usagi immediately rushed in and hopped onto the couch.

Closing the door, Killua asked, "Can you at least try to be serious?"

"Nope," Usagi replied plainly with a voice muffled by cushions.

Killua sighed at her antics before sitting next to her as Alluka ran through the halls; their room, being as massive as it is, had several rooms in one, each leading back into the main living area, which had several couches and a flat screen TV.
