Adams POV:
Once I had posted my letters we were off to the old mill. It was a fantastic old building that according to Edith had amazing history to it. She explained all about the family that had ran it at the time and why they owned it and so on and so fourth.Edith: It wasn't until around 1878 that the family left it and went to America to make a better life for themselves.
Jane: Actually it was in 1885.
Everyone got really quiet as though a curtain had caught all the sound surrounding us.
Matthew: Is that so? Hmm well it seems that Edith has had a run for her money.
Mary: I told you Adam, Jane is an expert on History.
Adam: Well I can see now that you are most certainly right, is there anything else that you would like to tell us about this building Jane?
Jane: Edith has told you everything I just knew the correct date, it's no big deal.
And with that Jane closed again. Around 12 noon we all sat down to a picinic lunch that Mrs. Patmore had made and were chatting happily.
Mama: So Adam what do you think of the town so far?
Adam: It is quiet magnificent Corra, it's really something to behold, it's nothing like London with all its noise and hustle and bustle, this town has a quiet beauty to it.
Cores smiles and then turns her attention back to her lunch.
After exploring many more locations like the churches and the farm land we made it back to the house around 3 and everyone went their seperate ways. Fortunately I was able to catch Janes eye.
Adam: Jane, I was wondering if you could suggest a book in your library, I was hoping to get some reading done before dinner.
I looked at her hopefully and she nodded which made me smile. I followed her into the fantastic library that looked as if the books could scrape the sky.
She took me over to a section of sonets and handed me a delicate little book.
Jane: This is my favorite book of poems, I suggest you give them a go they are really quiet calming.
She was just about to turn to leave when I abruptkh stopped her in her tracks.
Adam: Wait, would you mind showing me your favorite?
I waited with baited breath for her to turn around and face me and nod, it was the longest moment of my life.
Jane: Of course.
