Janes POV:
Once back at the house I receive hugs from Isabelle, Matthew and a soft smile from Adam.
Isabelle: We were so worried about you Jane dear. How are you feeling?
Jane: Alright I suppose, just a bit tired.
Matthew: Well, would you give me the honor of helping you to your room?
Normally this would be a big no but seeing as I can't walk and non of the girls can carry me Matthew picks me up and is accompanied by Mama. Once in my room Mama rings for Anna and Matthew smiles and leaves us. After a few minutes we hear the hurried footsteps of Anna come into the room.
Anna: Oh! Thank heavens you are alright Lady Jane! You gave us quiet the scare downstairs.
Jane: Well you can tell them all that I am perfectly fine.
Mama: But you can also tell them the Lady Jane is not allowed out of her room for a week, so she will be having all of her meals brought here.
Anna: Very good your lady ship.
And then they proceeded to get me dressed for bed.

Anna's POV:
After leaving Lady Janes room I make my way back downstairs to tell everyone the good news.
Mr.Carson: So? How is Lady Jane?
Anna: Perfectly alright, she just as a sprained ankle and a few cuts here and there.
Everyone cheers and then proceeded to cheer.
Thomas: Well thank god for that.
Anna: Oh but Mrs.Patmore.
Mrs.Patmore: What?
Anna: Lady Jane will be taking all time f her meals in her room for the next week.
Mrs.Patmore: Alright then.
And with that I get to work sewing Lady Janes riding clothes.

Adams POV:
I wait with Matthew, Isabelle, The Dowager Countess, Robert and the girls when Cora finally makes her way back down the stairs.
Mary: How is she?
Cora: She's asleep now and I don't want anyone disturbing her.
We all nod and sit down.
Matthew: So Robert, what will you do about poor Mr.Gregson?
Robert: Oh believe me I intend to have it out with him indeed.
Cora: Oh darling please don't do anything drastic, give him a few words and a warning and then leave it at that.
I see Robert consider this and then nod in agreement. Cora sighs in relief.
Violet: Well, now that that's settled are we going to have tea or not?
Cora nods and rings for Carson who walks in shortly after and then goes down to fetch our tea.
For a little while we make idle chatter until finally Violet gets up to leave as does Matthew and Isabelle.
Mary: Well, I think I'll go check on Jane.
Cora: Oh darling don't wake her up, she's had a very trying day.
Mary: It's been a few hours, I think her eldest sister has a right to check up on her.
Robert: Oh let her go Cora, I'm sure Hanes been awake for hours reading anyway.
Cora nods and Mary walks up to Janes room.

Mary's POV:
I walk quietly into Janes room and to my surprise I actually see her still asleep. I push a chair next to her bed and just watch her sleep. I used to do this a lot when she was a little girl. I then see her eyelids slowly flutter open.
Mary: Hello my little darling, how are you feeling.
She considers this question for a moment.
Jane: Sore, very very sore.
I chuckle at this comment.
Mary: Well I wouldn't expect you to feel anything else, I hope I didn't wake you.
Jane: Not at all, in fact I'm surprised I slept this long anyway.
That gets another chuckle out of me.
Mary: Well in that case would you like me to read one of your books to you?
This gets a huge smile from Jane. She nods.
I walk over to the enormous bookshelf Jane has in her room and select Romeo and Juliet, this was her favorite book as a little girl.
Mary: Try and close your eyes while I'm reading to you or Mama will have my neck.
Jane smiles and nods and I see her close her eyes.
Mary: Two households.......
