Ah! How long has it been since I've updated this book?! Too long, that's for sure!!!
It's always a good thing to have a good idea of what your style is, but you might also want to find a stype icon that might help inspire or give you ideas on what to wear. For example, one of my fashion inspirations is Audrey Hepburn. That doesn't mean I copy her outfits exactly, but many of my outfits are inspired by her style.
Here are some examples of what I take from her style:
*Midi Skirts
*flats with jeans
*neutral colors and a small pop of color
*light, natural looking makeup with dark/thick lashes
*cateye eyeliner
*dark pants
* Simple Striped shirts
*cat's eye sunglassesSome common fashion icons:
*Taylor Swift
*Bethany Mota
*Cate Blanchette
*Emma Watson
*Selena Gomez
*Whitney Port
*Lauren Conrad
*Mindy Kahling
The list goes on...The thing about choosing a style inspiration is making sure that you don't copy their outfits exactly and that the style is affordable and also practical. Maybe even choose a couple of things you like about one celebrities style and a few from some others and put them together for your own inspired style! There are plenty of ideas on Pinterest or Polyvore that can help you out!
