Sometimes, in life, it's the little things that matter the most. Here are some great things to start doing in your life that will make you so much happier and dont require much effort or change!
8-Go outside and get a little bit more sun!
9-Listen to a new band/song
10-Set a reminder on your phone to drink more water
11-Cut back on the soda and caffeine its a problem for you
12-create a budget/spending plan for the week
13-drink a glass of water before every meal
14- Take the time to prepare and actually eat a decent breakfast!
