So I found this great pin on Pinterest that has a whole years worth of little things to do everyday to help you be happier, and I though that it'd be a cool idea to come up with my own on here! I'll post one of these chapters a week with seven days worth of things to do! Comment which ones you did! I just started doing this the other day so I'll let you all know which ones I did!

Day 1: Practice a musical talent or learn something new!
-it doesn't have to be an instrument! You can just learn a new song to sing and learn it by heart! I decided to take a guitar lesson the other day for this!

Day 2: Wear your favorite things!
-Pretty self explanatory. I wore my cute ankle boots and denim jacket. What did you wear?

Day 3: Sign up for an exercise class, or follow along with a YouTube video.
-Yoga all the way for me!

Day 4: Rearrange your furniture!

Day 5: Start a Gratitude journal.
-Get a simple notebook and write down all of the things you're grateful for everyday!

Day 6: Bake cupcakes or a cake!

Day 7: Listen to the Radio
-Maybe you already do this, but go out of your way to find a new song or station to listen to.

Sorry if this wasn't the type of chapter you're used to for this book, but I'll make sure to update more often, as I finally reinstalled Wattpad back onto my phone.
