Waking up early... Oh the struggle is real... Here are some things that'll make waking up easier!

-Place your alarm across the room. That way you'll have to actually get out of bed to turn it off and it's harder to press snooze.

-Wear comfy PJs to bed. If you're sleeping comfortably, then you'll wake up feeling more rested.

-Drink cold water or green tea when you wake up. This will boost your metabolism and also wake up your systems.

-Create a routine for morning and night. Over time your body will get used to it and waking up will be easier

-Before bed, make sure your room is as dark as possible. I usually roll up a blanket at place it at the edges of my door and make sure my curtains are completely covering my windows to make sure no light comes in. Ever since, my sleep quality has been so much better.

-No caffeine at least 4 hours before bed. Seriously.

-Use a sleep schedule log or a bedtime calculator website. They're really useful.

-Stay off your electronics at least an hour before bed. Studies have found that the light from your phone keeps your brain awake and working, and will keep going for the next hour.

-Try to avoid eating after 8pm.

-Listen to calming music before bed (even better if it doesn't have lyrics). I usually listen to relaxing nature sounds like rain or rivers which can be found on Spotify and are awesome! Classical music's also a good option.

- Another thing to listen to is binaural beats. Just go onto YouTube or get an app for beats and look up binaural beats for sleep. They reset your brains rhythm and can ease you to deep sleep.

Comment what you do to help you sleep or wake up better! :)
