Chapter 16

Jae Eun was sitting under a tree at the front of the school. She didn't bother going to the next class becuase she would have to face humiliation started by BTS, and she wasn't prepared for that.

She rummaged through her bag and pulled out a reading book titled 'Remember Me - Sophie Kinsella'. She filled to her current page, absorbing the words on the page, disappearing from reality.

"Wow...why can't I wake up with literally the perfect body and no worries.." she contemplated her life.

As she continued reading, a drop of water fell onto the page. She looked up at the darkening sky and saw more starting to fall. Quickly, throwing the book into her bag, Jae Eun legged it inside, preventing herself from becoming soaked.

She looked around and saw the hallways deserted. 

"Might as well go..." 

Sighing, she put her hands in her pockets and strolled down several hallways, avoiding wandering teachers.

She stood in front of her own class and peeked through the window. She had to think of a good excuse before entering, so after a minute or two of thinking , she quietly opened the door and stepped in, as all eyes fell on her.

"Jae Eun, why are you 15 minutes late to my class?" the teacher asked, annoyed.

"I was in the nurses office but then I felt better, so I came," she lied, trying to sound a little ill.

The teacher just loked at her, and Jae Eun was hoping that she didn't over react the situation. "I'll let you off, just take a seat," the teacher gestured for her to sit in her seat.

Jae Eun grinned a little, then bowed 90° and walked over to her seat. She took out a notebook and when she looked up to see the board, she saw Jungkook staring at her, studying her, completley focused on her.

She jumped a little and looked away. Trying to focus on the lesson, she could just feel Jungkook's stare piercing through her.

She glanced up and saw him in the exact same way, but this time, he smiled at her.

"What the.." Jae Eun muttured to herself.

The rest of the lesson went by the same, and when the bell rang, she rushed out of the class. Reaching her locker, she opened it up and started putting her books in, but a strong force shut it close. 

Jae Eun saw Jungkook standing in front, with a straight face.

"What?" she firmly said.

A smile appeared on his face and he took her by the wrist. "Come with me," he started dragging her.

"Wait-" she was being dragged through so many people, and they all stared at the scene.

She managed to yank her wrist free and started turning around to walk away, but saw the other 6 demons stood right behind her.

"You're coming no mater what," Rap Monster said calmly.

Jae Eun looked at Jungkook who seemed impatient and she just sighed.

"Where are you taking me.." she sounded annoyed and tired.

"Please, just follow," Jungkook started pushing her again, and at the same time, a blindfold covered her eyes.

They kept on walking, and she felt herself being picked up. "HEY! Put me down!" she started kicking her legs.

"If you want to fall down th stairs, then we'll make you walk," Jungkook said, gripping her thighs harder.

Jae Eun went still by his touch, and froze. Her noticed her reaction and loosened it. They walked down the stairs and he put her down.

"Okay, don't scream when we take the blindfold off," she heard V say behind her.

"Hyung, why would she scream?" J-Hope thought he sounded ridiculous.

"Guys, shut up," Suga just said, making them silent.

The blindfold was removed and she stood there in complete shock.
