After a few minutes of driving, they reached Jungkook's house - more like mansion. It was huge and they hid themselves in it, hoping that they weren't being followed.
Jae Eun sat on the sofa, knees shaking, mind clouded with questions about Jin's and Rap Monster's well-being. She felt guilty about it, making them helpless to go and protect her. If anything happened to them, she would be the one to turn herself in for their sake.
Moments of thinking, a familiar figure sat next to her. A hand was on her shoulder and she looked up, seeing Jungkook sitting there, looking at her. He nodded his head in reassurance and ruffled her hair.
"It's okay, they know what they're doing," he said calmly. He completley read her mind, but even his statement wasn't comfort to her.
"It's all my fault, that this happened. If only I didn't..." she trailed off, taking her head into her hands.
"You don't even know whats going on, and no, it's not your fault," he patted her back, and spotted a tear trailing down her face.
Jungkook felt sorry for her, not knowing what was happening, and still feeling responsible for the situation. He pulled her into a tight hug, and stroked the back of her head. She hugged his tighter, and cried on his shoulder, dampening his tuxedo.
"It's all my fault..." she whispered.
"Shhhh...." he hushed her, and kept her in his embrace for a few minutes.
It was silence in the room as Bangtan didn't say a word, and sat there in worry. Jae Eun's parents stood there, occassionally looking at each other and Jae Eun sobbed.
A ringing brokE the silence. They all turned there heads to the telephone on the sidetable. Jae Eun's dad quickly rushed over, answering the call.
"Hello?" he asked, and gave a sigh of relief.
"Come over then, I'll check out the place," he said, and put the phone down.
Everyone's faces were bright with anticipation and they gave puppy dog eyes to him.
"They're safe," he breathed, and Jae Eun's guilty heart disappeared.
Bangtan all sighed in relief and let out deep breaths, before smiling like idiots. Jae Eun squealed and hugged Jungkook, making him fall back on the sofa.
"Whoa, whoa, watch it," her mother warned, and Jae Eun straightened herself up. Jungkook chuckled behind her and sat shoulder to shoulder with her.
"We're friends now, right?" he whispered, with a sheepish smirk.
Jae Eun glared at him, and his smile disappeared. He looked down in disappointment, assuming her answer, but a timid smile formed on her face.
"Why not?" she whispered back, and his head shot up in an instant. He showed off his million dollar bunny smile, and his eyes were no where to be seen.
Jae Eun laughed and Bnagtan all chuckled at the cute moment.
V stood up with his rectangular smile plastered on his face, and sat next to Jae Eun.
"Okaaay, so now, we have to go out somewhere, to have fun, right?" he put his arm around her shoulder, and pulled her closer to him.
Jungkook death stared him and removed his hand, protecting her from any touching from the specimen.
"First, I am going to take her somewhere, then I will monitor what you do with her later," he squinted his eyes, and made her sit on the other side, away from V.
"If you were going to be her boyfriend, I would allow it," Jae Eun's mom said, smirking.
"EOMMAAAA!!!" Jae Eun whined and that earned a giggle from her mother.
