Seventeen people. Seventeen fucking people stood in the living room of Vernon's farmhouse. Not one person standing in here knew what to do or say with the awkward atmosphere. None of us knew these three boys, other than Joshua knowing Vernon. There was still Porch Dick and Tall Guy, who had yet to reveal their names.
"So," Vernon said, "I think the first thing we should do is learn everyone's names and make sure we all know each other."
"Oh! I'll start!" DK shouted, excited. "My name is Lee Seokmin, but I go by DK. I like sugar and cars."
Jihoon scrunched his eyebrows, "What is this, a therapy group?"
Choah decided to join in on the fun, "I'm Woo Choah, Minghao's girlfriend, and I can speak both Chinese and Korean."
"I'm Jeon Wonwoo," Our quiet friend spoke, "And I'm only doing this so I can get it out of the way."
Next was Vernon, "I'm Vernon Chwe. I speak English and Korean, and Joshua and I knew each other briefly before this."
Tall guy stepped up, "I'm Kim Mingyu. I'm left handed and I hate Hoshi."

"What the fuck is a Hoshi?" I commented, only to slap my hand over my mouth from acting on impulse in such a way.
Porch Dick looked over at me with a bit of a testing gaze and said, "I'm Kwon Soonyoung, but actually, I go by Hoshi usually because it means 'star' in Japanese, and I'm a superstar."

Ignoring Porch Dick's weirdness, Chaeji did her introduction, "I'm Lee Chaeji. I lost my favorite finger just yesterday, and I'm a lesbian."
No one in the room decided to comment, so Jihoon said, "I'm Lee Jihoon, and I hate my life."
Minghao then introduced himself, "I'm Xu Minghao. I am Chinese, and I like dancing."
He then proceeded to do some b-boy move on the floor. After he stood and returned to Choah's side, Joshua added himself in.
"I'm Joshua Hong, I speak multiple languages so fight me, I can play the guitar, and I drink water." He stepped backwards as if proud of his great speech.
