FUN FACTS

*Fact 1: Minghao was originally written as Raejin's 'enemy', meaning his character was supposed to be someone she argued with often, but after chapter 4 he just turned into a nice guy.

*Fact 2: The first idea for this story came to me like two years ago and there were only 3 girl characters, all American. Yunmi was a character named Rae Anne Dayson, Soyeon was named Lucy Jenns, and Raejin was Annie Dayson. This intends that the characters of Yunmi and Raejin were sisters in an alternate version, and Choah and Chaeji didn't exist. Rae Anne/Yunmi's love interest was Joshua, and Lucy/Soyeon's was DK, but Annie/Raejin was still with Hoshi.

*Fact 3: This story was also an apply fic before, and actually had one chapter updated and a second halfway done before things got complicated. Rather than having the Hellseekers, Seventeen was split into two different groups from different cities and ended up against each other. There were also 5 more female characters. There was also a version that included SVT vs. Got7 and Vixx, but that idea was scratched to make way for the SVT vs. SVT idea.

*Fact 4: The story had many different name changes before the final version of the story was uploaded. During the American character version, it was called 'Undying Cureless Love'. When it was an apply fic, it was called 'The Rotting Reality'. After it became the story it is today, I changed the title to 'Gone To Hell'.

*Fact 5: Before the Hellseekers were an idea, I had planned to make Up10tion the enemy. There was also an idea for Exo to be the enemy, and they were supposed to show up holding Chaeji hostage and kill her, and there was supposed to be a huge battle, but that idea changed last minute to a group led by Seo Hyunjoon (Eric Mun).

*Fact 6: 'Gone To Hell' is the ending to a universe I created within my 4 full books. There's 'Lie or Die', 'When I Leave', 'Nothing But Rude', and 'Gone To Hell'. GTH is a direct sequel to NBR, including Jikyo, Kyojin, and some events that happened in NBR. GTH is the last events that happen in this universe, but may not be the last book to take place in the universe.

*Fact 7: In chapter 15, Chan tells Soyeon a story about a boy calling his mom a 'cracked up hoe' in a restaurant. This is an event that took place in NBR when Yoongi and the female lead are on a 'date'. That same night, Yoongi wrecks and goes into a coma. Yoongi is the same Yoongi that we read about in GTH, but Raejin was never told about his coma happening due to his friends not wanting her to worry.

*Fact 8: DK's 'untouched happiness' is fueled by human contact and love. When he doesn't have people around him, he becomes depressed and thinks about harming himself and others due to his past and what happened to his brother. Luckily, with there being so many people in the group, that side of him never comes out.

*Fact 9: Jeonghan's death was planned since the very first version of the story. Even when it was an apply fic, Jeonghan was doomed to die. Originally, the group was supposed to find two men (Jonghyun and Taemin), who would attack and beat Jeonghan one morning, and he would bleed out and die. Reaching near the chapter that Jeonghan commits suicide, I almost took it out and made him die during the scene in the Killing Room, where Raejin is asked to shoot one them but refuses. In this idea, Jeonghan tells her that he has wanted to die for so long and that there's no other option for her other than to shoot him, and she does.

*Fact 10: In that same scene, Vernon was supposed to die when Raejin was told to shoot someone. There wasn't much to back it other than him sacrificing himself, but the very important character nearly died in a random and sad moment.

*Fact 11: When writing this version of the book, I almost added a character named Jaerin (played by Jihyo). She was planned to commit suicide the first night at the farm.
