Prolouge

I was in a weird place. I didn't want to be here but my friend Sarah brought me here. She always felt like I was keeping a secret from her so her only solution was to get me drunk.
"What's the point of this, Sarah? You know I don't drink." I said to her with a monotone voice.
"Of course I know that. I just want to have a little fun with you. Plus, it's a Friday night. What else could you possibly do Jade?"
"Oh I don't know um, read my book? Actually, that's what I should be doing right now and I'm just gonna go." I grabbed the car keys from the table on her side and literally turned around and walked away. As I turned, I ran into someone.

"Watch where you're going, okay love?" She said in a sweet but yet, most serious voice. She was beautiful. Smokey eyeshadow effect. Red plump lips. Tight red dress that shows her figure. Wavy hair that's parted down the middle. She was an absolute beauty.
"Hello? Did you hear me hun?" She said waving her hand in front of my face.
"Uh yeah. I understand..sorry about that ma'am." Ma'am??? What the hell..
"Still leaving Jade?" Sarah said standing with her arms crossed in front of her.

I watched the blonde beauty walk away from me as she held hands with a guy. He didn't look right for her for some reason. "Jade!! Do I really have to yell to get your attention?"
"Sorry..I was looking at something." Sarah turned around and looked for whoever I was looking at.
"Oh..is it the guy with the blue jacket? He's kinda cute." She said not turning to me but instead, walking away to the guy in the blue jacket.
I have to admit. I wasn't the best looking in the club but at least, Sarah tried. That's right, I said Sarah tried. I'm literally so scared to do my own makeup.

I sat down and took out my phone. As soon as I did, a waitress came over with a red drink. "This is for you hun."
I looked up at her and gave her a gentle smile then said, "Oh I'm sorry but I didn't order that." I was thinking that it was one of those fuckboys over at table 'steal your girl'.
"Actually miss, its from the woman in the red dress with the blonde hair. She said that she wanted to talk."
Then the blonde beauty turned to look at me and winked. How did I manage to see that in the darkness of the club? I don't know..but I sure as hell saw a wink and I wasn't gonna let it go to waste.

I stood up and brushed off my dress. God, she was beautiful. Ahem, I walked over to her table and she looked up to me. "Hi, can I help you?" She said in her beautiful accent. Kinda like mine.
"Yeah um, you sent me that red drink over there." I said pointing to the glass. "You also said you wanted to talk."
"Oh..oh I'm sorry sweetheart. That's wasn't meant for you. It was meant for the guy behind you." I had on a sad face and she could tell. "Sorry to disappoint you sweetie. Maybe if you randomly meet somewhere, we could have a little chat."

I looked at her group and they were all trying to hard not to laugh. I had tears in my eyes of how embarrassing that was. I can't believe that I just assumed that drink was for me. How stupid of me..I walked outside and took out my phone. I called my girlfriend to come and pick me up. God, she's gonna ask me a bunch of questions..

After a few minutes of waiting, I saw her car pull up. "Babe? What the hell are you doing at a gay strip club at 11pm? This isn't like you." I could tell that she was nervous at what I was doing.
"Relax babe, I didn't do anything. I didn't want to anyways, Sarah dragged me down here."
"Where is she at Jade?" She said looking outside. I said, "Don't worry. She's probably getting fucked in one of the private rooms or something. I don't really care."
"You didn't see anyone more hotter than me, did you?" She asked me curiously. I wanted to tell her so bad but I dint want to hurt her feelings. "No Pixie, I didn't. You're the only girl that I love."

It was hard saying that honestly. The blonde beauty that I had met..was so beautiful. Of course, Pixie was very beautiful and wonderful but she doesn't have captivating eyes like beauty. She looked absolutely stunning tonight. "Babe?" Pixie had said to me.
"Yeah?" I said cutting out of my thought. "I asked you if you wanted some food."
I thought about it. "Honestly Pix, I just wanna sleep. I've had a long day and a long night. I don't need food, I just need..you." Damn, I almost said the words 'blonde beauty'.

"Alright, whatever you said Jadey." I laughed.
Damn..all night, I'm gonna be thinking about her..the blonde beauty. I wish I knew her name. Maybe I'll meet her again someday, who knows right?
