Chapter 16 - NOO!!!

Jade's POV

"Perrie please. I don't want to do this." I said begging her. Just looking down at the ground..made my stomach drop like crazy. "Jade, it's alright. You'll be fine, I promise." I shook my head and paced back and forth towards and from her.

"I just can't believe that I'm actually going to do this. What if the line breaks or something? What if I get stuck in the middle and I can't pulled forward?" I said quickly. My heart was racing, I felt like I was about to puke. Everything was going so wrong.

"Jade, please calm down. Just have fun. Nothing will go wrong." That's what they all say, am I right? "You'll be fine and just enjoy the scenery. Look at all the beautiful trees and the river. Looks good, right?" She said while rubbing my back.

The other two girls just stood back and talked to each other and looking at me. I hope they're thinking if this is a good idea or not. "I can't Perrie. I'm too scared of heights, I can't do it." I said. She brought me to the stand where we put on our gears.

"Perrie? What are you doing?" I asked her as she pulled a wrap around my waist and tied it. "You," She said still tying it.  "Are going to enjoy this whether you like it or not." She said as she finished. She grabbed my hand and pulled me out of the stand.

"Girls, get ready. We're gonna do this." There was an instructor to help us out and she was walking our way. Oh no.. "Hello, are you girls almost ready here?" She said kindly. I know this is bad but I wanted to punch her in the face.  

"Yes but we're just waiting for my two friends over there to get ready." Perrie said pointing to them. I was shaking at this point and I think the instructor noticed. "Hey, are you okay?" She seemed about my age.. "No not really. I'm really scared of heights and I really didn't want to do this." I said nervously.

"Oh it's alright. You'll be fine." She gave me a gentle hug and then she was suddenly ripped off of me. "Hey! Don't hug her, she's mine!" Perrie yelled. I gave her a look of, "You shouldn't have done that!" The instructor looked at her in shock and said, "I'm sorry but I was just trying to give her some comfort. Didn't look like you were doing anything, now were you sweetheart?" She smiled.

"Hey! I tried to comfort her. I.." Perrie said but suddenly stopped. I turned around to see Jesy? And Leigh? I think..but they were looking at Perrie. "You what?" The instructor said still smiling at Pez. "Never mind." She said.

The instructor rolled her eyes and walked over to the first station. "Who's gonna go first?" She said, acting like nothing happened. "I will!" Jesy said volunteering. She got strapped onto the wire and she started laughing. "The view is amazing girls!" She said looking down. "3...2...1!" The instructor said letting her go.

We watched her fly and we could kinda still hear her laugh. "Who's up next?" She looking at her. We both looked at each other. Perrie nudged me and whispered, "You wanna go next?" I thought about it. I shook my head and said, "No I'll wait."

Then Perrie walked up. She got strapped on and she pulled on it to make sure that it was secured on tightly. Perrie had a look on her face and she said, "Um, excuse me?" The instructor turned around and said, "Yes? Is it not on tightly?" "Uh, yeah it kinda-"

"Oh you'll be fine." The instructor said. She didn't even let Perrie finished speaking. Perrie looked a little taken back which I can understand. "3...2..1 GO!" She pushed Perrie and Perrie tripped a bit. Then..

She fell. She fell and she began to roll down the hill. "PERRIE!!!!" I cried out loud. I ran back and forth. All I could think about was crying. I looked to my left and there were stairs leading down the hill. I took off the gear as fast as I could and told Leigh to call 911.

"PERRIE!!! PERRIE IM COMING PERRIE!!!" I said in between tears. "PERRIE! PLEASE IM COMING!!" I heard some crying and screaming. "PERRIE?!? IM COMING!!! IM ALMOST THERE!" I said crying and I was finally there.

"PERRIE WHERE ARE YOU!!!" I said yelling as loud as I could. "JAAAADE!!! IM OVER HERE PLEASE HURRY!!! HEEEEELP!!!!!" She was crying loudly.  I rushed over to where I heard her voice and I finally found her.

"OMG PERRIE!!!" Then I heard..
