Chapter 10 - How Do You Really Feel?

Perrie's POV

Jade fell asleep first but Summer and I just kept talking. "So, what do you think about Jade?" I asked Summer. I wanted to make sure she was cool with her. "Uh, she's alright. She's pretty quiet but I think she's okay."

The reason why I asked her that question was because...I like Jade.. Yeah. I just don't like Jade as a crush..I just like her now. It's different. My heart was racing really fast now. I mean, I like Summer..I do. But it feels like Jade has just taken my heart when she sang.

"BecauseIkindalikeher.." I said fast so she wouldn't have to hear it. She rolled her eyes and said, "Take it slow, now would ya Perrie?" She laughed a bit. I took a deep breath and said, "Because I kinda like her.."

She stopped talking and it looked like she was thinking about something. It was really awkward and it was really silent. "So.." She said slowly. "A-are you.." I didn't know what to say. "Am I what?"

She shook her head and she said, "Are you bisexual..or gay?" She said not looking at me. "Yeah Summer..I'm bisexual." She looked at me and said slowly, "Have you ever..had any feelings for um...me?" I started shaking and and I didn't want to answer but I know she was waiting for it.

"Well Perrie? Do you or do you not? Because lately, you've been getting really close to me and I feel like--" I had to cut her off. She was hurting my heart. "Yes! Okay? I do have feelings for you! I always have. I've never told anyone because I was too afraid that you guys would judge me."

I started tearing up. "I-I'm sorry. I was too afraid to tell you because you're one of my b-best friends and I didn't w-want to hurt our friendship." Summer came closer to me and said, "Hun, I would never judge you. No matter what. I love you Pez, I do but not in that way."

At that very moment, my heart shattered. I tried so hard to not to cry. "Hun, please don't cry. I don't want you to be sad." I smiled a bit. I didn't know what to do. "Well, this is awkward. So I'm gonna go inside and sleep on my bed and you can sleep out here if you want."

Wow, thanks for being here for me Summer. Thanks for not talking to me long enough. "Yeah yeah, okay. Goodnight then Sum, see ya tomorrow." I sat on the floor and didn't do anything.  "You okay?" I heard a voice say. I turn around immediately and saw that Jade was up.

I wiped a tear away and said, "Yeah..uh yeah. I'm fine. Just thinking of something." I said to her. "Come on Perrie. I know what happened. I heard everything." I was shocked. I felt my eyes get wider. Did she hear everything or EVERYTHING? "Uh what did you hear?" Jade stayed quiet for a second.

"Well, I heard the part where you admitted that you liked Summer." Oh god, please tell me that she didn't hear the part where I said that I liked her. "I also heard," Oh god, don't tell me. Please don't tell me.. "that you liked me. Perrie..is that true? Or were you just telling Summer that to make it non awkward then what it really was?"

I felt like I was about to cry today. What was up with me and crying? "Honestly Jade, yes..yes I do. I do like her. I just didn't have the heart to tell you that in person. The first time I met you..was the day that I began to have feelings for you. After that, I kept thinking about you. I couldn't stop." Her mouth was open a little bit and she was shocked.

"How do you feel about me?" I asked her.
