Chapter 7 - Come With Me

Jade's POV

I began to walk out of the house and since it was cold, I wrapped my arms around me as tight as I could. I had nowhere to go but I just kept walking. I just kept hearing cars pass by but none seemed to stopped for me.

I wished they would but I don't want to get into a car with a total stranger. I mean like, you won't know what they would do..I checked my phone and my phone. My phone...was at 26%. My house was a long way from the house party. I didn't want to go back there because I thought that Pixie was going to be there.

I heard a car honk but I didn't think it was for me so I didn't stop walking. It honked again but I just ignored it. "Hey Jade! You alright there, yeah?" A voice said coming from the car. I turned around and it was Perr..uh Pez. "Hey! Yeah uh, I actually need a ride or something." I said sadly. The headlights were in my face so I couldn't really see her.

"Well, come in! I'll take ya home." She said to me. "Well..I kinda don't want to go home. I just broke up with my girlfriend. You know, the one you accidentally met earlier." "Uh yeah, I remember. I'm sorry that you guys broke up. Was it my fault?" She asked. I didn't know what to say.

"It was, wasn't it? I'm so terribly sorry.." I had to say something or else she would think that she broke us up. "Actually Pez, it wasn't your fault. She thought I was spending time with you a little too much and she took it the wrong way." She stayed quiet for a couple seconds and then said, "Just come on in. I have a friend nearby and she's letting me stay over and I think she'll let you stay over too." I nodded my head and walked over to her. I got in and she asked me a question.

"So, do you like anyone?" She said as she started to drive. "Um.." was all I managed to get out. I couldn't tell her that I liked her and have been in love with her since I first saw her, right? "Yeah I do actually." I was shy about that. I mean like, talking to the person who you love about who your crush is?? Must be awkward...it was for me.

"So, what's his or her name?" She asked me. I looked her and in my mind..I was like, "MY CRUSH IS YOU!" But obviously, I was too scared to say anything because I didn't want to make it awkward. "Uh, honestly I don't want to say her name right now." "Oh, so it's a HER." (Emphasis on the her.) "Yeah. Yeah it is. She's really beautiful, amazing eyes, beautiful laugh, and more. She's just everything." I told her.

I was literally daydreaming about her. It was amazing just to be talking to her and just trying to be myself. That's how I want to be around people. She's just a really funny person.

Perrie's POV

Oh my god, she has a crush? Did she meet someone at the party? Oh..I hope it's not someone I know. "She sounds really amazing. You should totally go and talk to her." I said trying not to grit my teeth. I mean, I still have feelings for Summer but I'm starting to have feelings for Jade. "Yeah yeah she is. The thing is that I wish I could talk to her everyday but I don't have her phone number."

That sucks. Should I ask her about that? "Oh I'm sorry." That was all I managed to get out. Why was it so awkward for me? Was it awkward for her? "Anyways, who's house are we going to?" She asked me. Right. I totally forgot to tell her about my friend. By friend..I mean Summer.

"Oh, it's my friend Summer. She's really chill and I think you're going to like her." I said while smiling. "We're almost here by the way."
"Okay." She said back to me. "You know what?" She said again. I suddenly got a little nervous.
"What?" I said back to her. "It's really nice talking to you. I feel like I could be myself." Jade seemed like she was really happy. Like she was with me when we were in the bathroom.

"Yeah I feel the same way. It's nice having someone to talk to when you're bored. The rest of my friends have boyfriends and all and..you know what happened to me." I said slowly and quietly as I got to the end. "Yeah. I understand." Was all she said to me.

It was a couple minutes till we got to Summer's house. All the way, we just kept laughing and talking. It was the best feeling ever. The best feeling that I've had in a long time.

And I really liked it.
