*Austin's POV*
I smiled widely when she said that.
"You do?"
"Yeah. I have for a while I just didn't say anything after we, you know, broke up."
"Will you please give me another chance?"
I looked at her with pleading eyes as she sighed and looked at me.
"Austin.. Look, I love you. I really do, and this was really sweet considering I had no idea you could sing."
"It's kind of a secret talent."
"But.. I still think I need time. I'm sorry."
I looked down thinking maybe I should just give up. But I don't want to give up on her. She's just.. different.
"Ashlee, please. I promise I will do better. You make me stronger and happier."
"Austin, I.."
"No, Ashlee. I can't stand not being with you. It's driving me crazy. I'm in love with you and I want you to be mine. Please."
I stood looking at her, and hoped she would change her mind.
"Ashlee, I can't live without you."
I saw her walk away from the window and I looked down. I knew it. I turned around, about to walk off when I felt arms around me and lips on mine. Ashlee. I kissed her back smiling and wrapped my arms around her small waist and picked her up as she wrapped her legs around me. I smiled and pulled away and looked at her.
"So I guess that's a yes?"
I smiled as she did.
"Definitely yes."
I smiled kissing her again and set her down on the ground and then deepened it a little but she pulled away.
"What's wrong?"
*Ashlee's POV*
"What's wrong?" he asked me.
Should I tell him? I mean I've never done it before but should I say I'm kinda nervous? Then he'd think I just don't trust him. I mean I do, but I don't know if I'm ready yet.
"Umm.. nothing.. I just need to get back up there."
"Ashlee, I know you're lying. What's wrong?"
"I'm just not ready, ok?"
"Ready for what? Ashlee, did you actually think I was gonna do it with you? I said I'd wait until you're ready."
"Oh, ok. I'm sorry."
"It's ok. Here I'll help you up."
"I can just go through my door."
"This way, I can come up with you." he said, smirking at me.
"Shut up. You have to go. I'll see you tomorrow, ok?" I replied, and I could tell he was upset when he looked down sighing.
"Fine. I'll see you tomorrow."
He kissed my cheek and walked off as I went back in and up to my room.
---Next Day---
I woke up smiling and then realized I have school. Ugh. I got up changing into some skinny jeans and found one of Austin's jerseys in my room wondering when and why he put it there. I shrugged it off and slid it on anyway. I slipped into my converse and went downstairs.
"Morning mom." I smiled.
"Hey sweetie. How are-- Is that Austin's?"
I nodded smiling.
"So I guess you guys are good now?"
"Yeah."
"That's good. What about Heather?"
"She doesn't know yet. I don't know what to tell her. Or if I even should."
"She'll find out somehow either way."
"I know."
"What about that Samantha girl he was dating after you?"
"Done with her."
"Oh. But are u friends?"
"I was at first I guess. I'm gonna try and talk to her at school."
"Ok. You better go before you're late."
"Alright. Bye mom."
"Bye."
I smiled walking out of my house and headed to my car when I got a text from Cody.
C: come to the hospital. Now.
A: what's wrong?!
C: Its Heather.
