The walk to the 'Magnolia Café' was quiet. Shrimp was so lost in thought that she didn't even notice me giving her a piggyback ride. Not that I mind.

I mean, she's as light as a feather.

The moment we're in front of the café, Pipsqueak comes back to her senses.

"Oh my god, Gajeel! Please tell me you didn't carry through the mall! That's so embarrassing," she said with her face pressed into the back of my neck. God, I wish she didn't do that.

I let Pipsqueak down and drag her into the cafe, getting in the short line.

"Ooh ooh! Can I get blueberry muffin?"

The corner of my mouth twitch, "You can get whatever you want, Shorty."

Three minutes pass by and we're almost up to the cashier. The door opens and I'm hit with the smell of peaches and booze.

"Lu! Cana!" Shrimp greets. Now that explains the scents. I look back over my shoulder.

"Hey Bunny-girl. 'Sup Drunk."

"'Sup Sasquatch!" Cana and I fist bump, a grin on both of our faces.

I glance at blondie, noticing the confused look her and Shrimp share. "Why did you call Lu Bunny-girl?"

"'Cuz Laxus showed me a pic of her in a bunny suit." I snicker when I see the expression on her face.

"I was six!" Blondie puffs up her cheeks.

"I see no difference." Cana laughs and downs what's left in the black bottle in her hand. Most likely alcohol considering that's what she smells like.

The people in front of us finish ordering and we walk up. Shrimp orders our hot chocolate and her muffin and I pay, ignoring her protests. We sat at a table farthest from the entrance, waiting for the other two to finish ordering.

"I forgot to ask, did you find your mask?" Levy asked, looking up at me with her curious hazel eyes. I only nod and stare at my phone.

Why haven't Ice Quack and Piss Fire texted back?

"Gajeel, what's wrong?"

"The idiots haven't texted back yet."

"Are you guys still going tonight? Do you need my help again?"

I shake my head and place my phone in my jackets pocket. "I don't want to make you do that again. We almost got caught, remember?"

"Yeah but I'll try harder this time. I'll try to work faster too."

"Levy, I said no. I want you and Juvia to stop helping-"

"Shh! They're coming." I look over my shoulder and see the two walking towards us. Cana seemed to be ranting about something while Lucy was lost in thought.

I run a hand down my face and take a sip of my hot chocolate.

"We're starting gym tomorrow, right?" Lucy asks, taking a seat across from me.

"Yeah but I really wished we weren't," Cana groaned.

"Aw Cana, why?" Levy questions, only to get a shake in the head and a sigh in return.

It was quiet for a few minutes until Lucy asked another question, "Do you guys happen to know what's going on with Natsu? He hasn't been answering my texts."
