I didn't even get to tell my mom about Steve before she left. She was really angry about something and i just hope she's not going to do anything rash. Steve walked into my room and padded over to me. " Are you alright Elara?" Its its about the kiss-" I shook my head, I had enjoyed that kiss. " Its my mom she was so angry and she left without so much as saying goodbye." He wrapped his arms around my shoulders and hugged me close. " She's probably just needs to blow off some steam, she'll be fine when she gets back." I nuzzled my head into the crook of his neck and relaxed. He smelled like cinnamon and soap. We stayed wrapped in each others arms for hours, content just being close to each other.

As I ran my hand through my hair for the hundredth time, I thought about what Anora could possibly be mad at. Tony jolted me out of my thoughts by hugging me from behind. " Hey there!" I pulled away from him " Hi." He looked at me unhappily " What's up? I didn't do anything!" I forced a smile " Anora's extremely angry and I think its because of Loki. I'm not sure if she's ready to move on yet." Tony looked at me his eyebrows knitting together in confusion. " Move on? From who?" I looked at him firmly " Her husband, there was an accident and he died. Anora's magic tried to protect her but just ended up hurting her more. Her daughter Elara was left a orphan for 23 years." He stared at me mouth gaping " But-" "TONY MY FRIEND YOU MUST COME TRY THIS FOOD!" Thor came over and dragged Tony away. Well f**k.
