(Last Chapter) Chapter 39: Truth

"No, I don't like you, Juami. I'm sorry."

Those were the words that kept Juami quiet. Walang nagsasalita sa aming dalawa. We are not even looking into each other's eyes. His eyes are fixed on the sea while stirring his drink. I was watching him do that. Sobrang heartbreaking nga naman kasi na marinig mo yung words na yun from the person that you love the most. I can't do anything about it. I don't like him.

"Juami, can we still talk?" i asked him. He told me, of course daw since magkasama padin naman kami, "I don't like you." i added.

"I heard." he coldy replied. Eyes are still fixed on the sea.

"I know. But I want you to hear it again and again. I don't like you. I never liked you, and I want you to know that." i told him, "There's nothing..... well, NOT EVEN A SINGLE THING, that I would ever like about you."

His attention is back at me. "It hurts. If in case you're not able to notice..." he said.

"Your beautiful and perfectly imperfect eyes,

the cutest nose and ears that you have,

your reddish kissable lips,

your soft cheeks,

your silky and stylish hair,

your astig na 'muscles', 

I love all of those;

"The way that you dress na dapat laging may touch of blue,

the fact that you're so kind, understanding and loving,

your clingy-ness that is soooo annoyingly cute,

your sweetness and thoughtfulness, 

you are such an amazing person,

Those are just SOME of my favorite traits of yours;

"I love it whenever you give me my fave cupcakes,

I was so kilig when you went to UST all the way from Ateneo just to pick me up and drop me off to my house at the south,

I love that you are the bestest friend that I ever had,

the way that you smile makes my knees weak everytime,

your goodmorning and goodnight texts are my favorites,

I loved the feeling that i had that day when I woke up next to you,

i love that you're my huuuuge teddy bear that I can hug anytime,

i love that we know almost everything about each other,

i love and hate it when you torture me by tickling,

also, your surprise hugs from behind are the sweetest too,

but your sweet and warm kisses on my cheeks are my VEEERY MOST FAVORITE thing ever,
