Mr. Parker's pov.
I was in my room on my bed messing with my phone when I heard Zoe scream.
I ran into her room and woke her up and she started crying in my chest. I felt bad for her, she must have had a nightmare.
"Shh, it's ok, it was just a dream, it's going to be ok" I said while rubbing her back.
I asked " do you want to tell me about your dream" she said yea and told me and by the time she was done she was shaking.
I hugged her and we got a glass of water. we where silent for 3 minutes
I was thinking, what if I asked her to sleep with me incase she has another nightmare I'll be able to get to her quickly. yea I'll asks her.
"Hey Zoe, do you want to sleep in my bed?" I said hoping she would say yes.
"Yea" she said with a smile
Zoe's pov.
"Yea" I said, I smiled and he got up and put his water away and we went to his room. I got in bed first, then he did.
When he got settled I put my head on his chest and I said "thank you for what you have done for me today, you didn't have to but it was great" by the end of my sentence I was looking up at him and we where both smiling
"Your welcome, it's not everyday I have someone over to mess around with"he said
I put my head back on his chest and he wrapped his arms around me and 5 minutes later we fell asleep.
