Telling everyone what happened

~Mai's pov~

I was sat in the room with all the others. I was watching the screen to see of anything happens with Ayumi and the doll, but nothing was happening.

I looked over to where John and (y/n) were sitting and they looked like nothing happened the night before. Obviously none of the others knew about the kiss apart from me and Naru, but still they kissed each other. 'Mai it's obvious that they aren't going to kiss and tell. No one does that. Should I mention that I saw them on camera. No I won't they would probably find put anyway.' I thought to myself.

I looked over to (y/n) and John again only to see monk looking at me suspiciously. 'Great. I was hoping no one would catch on that I was looking over at John and (y/n) every 5 minutes. He's walking over what should I do?' I thought as monk walked over to me and leaned down to whisper in my ear. "Can we talk outside for a few minutes?" I looked at him and nodded my head and followed monk out of the room and into the hall. "Why do you keep on looking at John and (y/n)?" Monk asked.
"I have something to tell you. But you have to promise that you won't tell anyone. Not even mention this around John or (y/n)." I replied.
"Okay. What is it?" Monk said.
"Last night when we just got (y/n) out of the well and we all went to our rooms. Well me and Naru went back to the base and we saw that (y/n) and John were still in the room with the well in. Long story short. They kissed and I think they didn't expect someone to be in the base and see it all happen. I was looking over at them to see if they were acting like they were in a relationship, but they just seem like nothing happened." I said.

I looked up at monk and I saw him staring through the door to where John and (y/n) were sitting. "T-they a-actually kissed each o-other a-and you s-saw all o-of it?" Monk stuttered. "Yeah I saw all of it." I replied looking down.

~John's pov~

I was sat next to (y/n) and we have just finished talking about exorcism and how to exorcise a spirit from an object or a person. I was actually quite shocked about her knowledge of this stuff.

I looked up and saw that monk was whispering something to Mai to which Mai nodded and they both left the room. 'I wonder what they need to talk about.' I thought, but I decided to stay in my seat next to (y/n). That's when I heard what Mai and monk were talking about. I only could hear little bits of the conversation because they must have been quite a far bit down the hall. "... saw that (y/n) and John were still in the room with the well... kissed... expect someone to be in the base..." said Mai. 'She saw that happen. That means that she is expecting me and (y/n) to be in a relationship. I need to act like I didn't hear any of their conversation and when I get chance to I will talk to (y/n) about this.' I thought.

I looked over to (y/n) and she smiled at me. "Hey when we get the time can we talk in private?" I asked her.
"Sure. What seams to be the problem?" (Y/n) replied looking confused.
"Nothing we can't handle." I replied smiling at her. She smiled back and turned to look in a different direction. 'Mai why did you have to see what happened last night between me and (y/n)?that means now we will have to tell everyone what happened.' I thought feeling a bit upset and a little bit annoyed about the whole situation.

~time skip about an hour~

Me and (y/n) were sat in the base while the others were doing other things. 'This is my chance.' I thought. "(Y/n) can we talk." I said looking over to (y/n).
"Sure." She replied.
"Mai saw us last night. She told monk about what happened between us." I said. She looked at me a little bit confused then it hit her and most of the colour drained from her face. "Does that mean... We have to tell everyone else?" She asked.
"I don't know." I replied.
"It is best to keep it a secret." She replied.
"But what if Mai tells them." I said. "Then we will have no choice to tell them that it is true that we kissed last night. There is nothing we can do but hope no one else will find out." She replied.

Just after (y/n) mentioned that we kissed the others walked in. 'I hope they didn't hear what was just said. They all seam to be wearing smirks thought so they all clearly heard. Great now everyone knows.' I thought mentally face palming.
