Leaving the house

~(Y/n)'s pov~

I was cleaning up the room me, Mai and Ayako have been sharing. I folded up the bed sheets and put the things I needed into my bag that I had with me.

After a while I left the room and walked down to the base. "Hey guys do you need any help with anything?" I asked.
"We just need to get everything put into the van. So can you take down the shelves." Said Mai.
"Sure not a problem." I said. I walked over to the shelves and started to take them down.

While I was doing that I didn't notice that everyone had left the room. "Hey (y/n). Do you want any help with the shelves?" Asked John. I jumped when I heard him ask because I didn't know he was here.
"Oh hey John. Sorry I didn't know you were in here. No I'm good with taking down the shelves. Thank you anyway." I said then turned and continued to take down the shelves.

After a few minutes I finally took down the shelves and had them all piled up in two neat piles ready to take out to the van. "Hey John can you do me a favour please." I asked John who was sitting down at the table. "Sure that wouldn't be a problem." He replied getting up.
"I'll take one of the piles you take the other. Would that be okay?" I said. "Yes that's not a problem." John replied going over to the pile closest to the wall and picking it up. I picked up the other one closest to my feet. Me and John walked out of the base and down the hall to the entrance.

Just as we were about to go out Mai and Monk walked over. "Oh hey guys. Here let us take them out of your hands." Said Monk.
"That's okay we can do it." I replied.
"No let us." Said Mai taking the shelves out of my hands as Monk took the other parts out of John's hands. "Um okay. We will just go back to the base then." I replied.

~Monk's pov~

I saw (y/n) and John walking down the hall with the shelves in their hands. I looked over to Mai and she looked back at me. "We should take the shelves from them don't you think." I said.

At first Mai looked confused then it clicked. "Yes we should." Mai replied. 'I don't know if it is a good idea to try and keep John and (y/n) in the same room for such a long time, but they are always acting like they have feelings for each other. It's driving me mad why don't they just tell each other already, or do we have to play a game of 7 minutes in heaven until they admit their feelings.' I thought as I walked down the hall to them.

~time skip to after they took the shelves~

I watched as (y/n) and John headed back to where the base was. "I'm glad that this worked out." I said.
"Why did you want to take the shelves from them. I thought you only wanted to do it to be kind." Asked Mai.
"I did do it out of kindness, but also because I want they to confess their feelings to each other." I said.

I looked at Mai and she looked like she was about to burst out laughing. "What? Did I say something?" I asked confused.
"No nothing. Don't worry." Mai said walking out to the van.

~John's pov~

Me and (y/n) got to the base and we both sat down at the table not having anything else to do. 'Why would they take the shelves away from us. I would have thought they wanted the help, but I must have been wrong.' I thought looking around the room.

I noticed after a while what (y/n) was looking over at one of the computer screens. I started to get a little confused so I reached out to tap her shoulder, but the sudden movement made her jump and she looked at me. "Sorry I didn't mean to make you jump." I said looking at her.
"It's okay I was only daydreaming." She replied smiling at me.

I don't know what came over me, but the next thing going I knew I was only a couple of inches away from her face. I looked into her amazing (e/c) eyes and I couldn't help but close that gap between us.

~(y/n)'s pov~

John closed the gap between us. Just as our lips touched my eyes went wide. 'I can't believe he is kissing me again.' I then started to melt into the kiss.

I snaked my arms around his neck and he snaked his arms around my waist pulling us closer causing get me to stand up from where I was sitting. I then started to play with his blond hair, which was surprisingly soft.

Unfortunately my lungs started screaming for air so I pulled away and so did John.

We were both gasping for air, but we ever broke the eye contact that we had and we didn't let go of each other either.

After we caught our breath we started leaning in for another kiss when someone cleared their throat, we both separated and looked over at the door to find Monk, Mai and Ayako stood their with shocked expressions. "U-um h-how long h-have you guys b-been stood there." I stuttered.
"Long enough." Said Ayako.
"Around three minutes." Monk said. "But didn't that look like a good kiss you two were sharing there." He continued which caused my cheeks to start burning.
"U-um w-we should p-probably get the other stuff in the van." I said turning around to realise that everything was cleared out.
"We only had a computer and the shelves left to get into the van and we took the computer while you two were making out." Said Mai.
"Oh I see. And we weren't making out we were only kissing." I replied.
"We should go." John said taking my hand and walking out of the base.

~Ayako's pov~

I watched as John took (y/n)'s hand and walked out of the base. "Those two look so cute together." I said.
"Ye they do." Said Mai a little upset. "Hey what's wrong?" I asked her.
"I just want Naru to see me the way John sees her." Mai replied.
"I know you do, but it isn't that simple." I replied.
"I know it isn't." Mai said walking get away. I looked at monk and started to walk out of the house as well.

I called for a taxi and noticed that John and (y/n) had also called for a taxi because they we're getting into one. I waved over to them and they waved back and got in then the taxi left. 'Yep definitely the cutest couple I know.' I though. 'Wait are they even a couple.' I asked myself.

~okay well that's all the updates for today. I will try and update as soon as I can. I hope you enjoy all of these chapters.
