~(y/n)'s pov~
After loading everything into the van Naru and Lin got into the van and said that they will meet us at the school.

Me and John called for a taxi and waited for 20 minutes until it turned up. "Ayako, monk, Mai why don't you guys come with us?" I asked.
"There is only room for three people and there are five of us we won't all fit." Ayako said.
"Someone can ask the driver if they won't mind having someone sat in the front with them." I said.
"True, but where would the last person sit?" Asked Ayako.
"Okay someone can sit in the front. John, Mai and monk sit in the back?" I said.
"Where would you go?" Asked Mai. "She can sit on John's lap." Monk said winking at John and me.
"That is fine with me." Said John all to our surprise.
"There we go then I will sit on John's lap." I said walking over to the taxi.

"Hello please may we go to Ryokuryou High School please. Also is it okay if one of us sits in the front with you?" I asked.
"It will be fine if someone​ sits in the front." Said the taxi driver.
"Thank you." I said walking back to the others. "Yes it will be fine. Come on guys let's go." I said heading back over to the taxi and waiting for the others to get in.

Once John got in I slid in after and sat on John's lap while he tried to get the seat belt over the both of us, but he couldn't so I did it up around during both of us.

~John's pov~
Just after the taxi pulled away from the SPR building I felt myself begin to blush because who would have thought that I would have to go into a car with four other people and have to have one of these people sit on my lap.

That person was (y/n) and she was my crush. Yes I have a crush on (y/n) I am finally admitting it even thought I didn't admit it in the last chapter, but I wasn't in this situation.

I looked up to the mirror and noticed that Ayako was watching me and (y/n). It looked like she was expecting something to happen. I don't know what exactly, but she definitely was waiting for something.

~time skip to Ryokuryou High School front gate~

We turned the corner and found that Osamu Yasuhara was siting for us outside the gate like he said he would be. With him was Lin and Naru.

(Y/n) undid the seat belt and opened the taxi door and stepped out. I followed after hoping that my cheeks weren't burning bright red from how close I was to (y/n). And before you say that is weird you kissed her twice. I know I did, but that was different. I mean come on that was a kiss. I didn't have her sat on my lap for half an hour going to a school to do some exercism of some ghost that is haunting Ryokuryou High School.

~Naru's pov~
I saw (y/n) and John get out of the taxi first followed by monk, Ayako and Mai like they were John and (y/n)'s assistants.

They all walked up to us. "Okay well we have turned up. Where to now?" Asked Ayako.
"You need to see the head master." Said Osamu.
"Okay well show us the way please." Mai said.

Osamu showed us where the head masters office was and we went inside to be greated by a man that was probably in his late 40's and he was sat behind his desk with the desk top being really neat and tidy.

"Hello you wanted to see us?" I said.
"Yes. Let's get a few things straight. I don't want to regret getting you in to rid of these strange happenings." Said the head master.
"We will don't worry." (Y/n) said with a bit of sarcasm.
"very well let this man lead you to the room that will be your base." Said the head master.

We follower the man to another room with desks all over the place. "this is where your base will be." Said the teacher who showed us here.

This teacher then leaned up again the wall. "You can leave now." I said looking​ at him.
"You really think I'm going to leave a bunch of kids in here alone when they can do anything." He said.
"We need to do what we have come here for so give us our space." I said rather coldly.

Suddenly, we hear a scream come from down the hall. We all rush out to see what is going on.

When we get to the scene there is a girl on the floor with dog bites on her legs and right in front of us is the dog that caused the bites.

The dog then turned and headed for us. Right away I thought about standing in front of (y/n), but John was already there protecting her. Then this dog vanished without a trace of it being in the room.

~John's pov~
We saw the dog in the classroom and it turned and headed towards us. I stepped in front of (y/n) so if anything was to happen I'll be the one to take the hit.

The dog then vanished leaving the room empty. "Someone needs to take this girl to the nurses office right away." Said Kazuya .
"I'll take her." Said the teacher who was with us.
"I'll go with him to make sure nothing else happens." Said Mai. The rest of us went back to the base and got everything set up.

I sat at the table closes to the door with (y/n) sat with me. "I have a question." Said (y/n).
"What is it?" Asked Kazuya.
"What exactly was that dog? I mean I know it was a dog but it wasn't like a normal dog." She said.
"It was a fox fire. But they don't attack people. They are normally there far a while then go, but these ones have been here for some time now." Said Kazuya.
"Oh I see." Said (y/n) rather quietly. 'I hope this investigation is over soon because I really do need to ask her that question still and I dought the others are going to be out of the room for a long time for me to ask her.' I thought.
