In the live action remake of Cinderella their is a guy with the enormously tall hat to the left of Cinderella. Everyone else is wearing a bonnet or sensible hat.

But this guy is saying "Nay, I shall wear the tallest hat in all the kingdom." He's also sporting a serious jacket that i can assume is velvet. I think he could be a really important person and probably hangs out with Prince Charming all the time. Or with other royalty and having a grand ol time.
