The chief stared at Judy for quite some time. She sat, almost as though she was a lifeless being.
"Ms. Hopps..." Chief Bogo pushed aside a small little figurine on his desk. "It's about time that we talk about this...situation."
Judy remained quiet.
"Is what the media saying true?"
Judy simply stared at the ground, but a change of pace triggered her to look up at the chief. The discomforting stare in her eyes gave the Chief a hint, that the media wasn't lying.
He sighed, holding his temple. "Dear God, what were you thinking? What is going on with you? You haven't been normal since last month, I gave you time off to cool down, and now this? I allowed you to keep that gun in case anything happens. Just because you're not in work, does not mean that you stopped being a cop." Chief Bogo pointed out.
Judy tilted her head to the side, being easily distracted by an ant crawling on the couch.
"JUDY." Chief Bogo slammed his desk.
Judy jumped in her seat, her eyes widening. Her eyebrows furrowed. "What."
Chief Bogo winced at her tone. Exhaling exasperatedly, Chief Bogo flicked on his glasses, and lifted some papers on his desk. "I'm going to have to request rehabilitation for you."
Judy's jaw dropped. "What...?"
"As long as you are acting reckless, I cannot assume the safety of others around you, or for yourself, for that matter. I'm going to need someone to watch over you for the meantime, unless you recover from...whatever you're going through."
Judy stared, already not amused by this conversation. "Even if I told you what happened, you wouldn't understand..."
The Chief took to her accusations and cleared his throat. "Well, I guess I'll just have to request for someone to sit down and talk with you then. But I cannot have this happening again. I'm going to have to confiscate your gun, until further notice.
"B-But..."
"Judy." Chief Bogo placed his hand out, sternly.
Judy begrudgingly stood up, dragging herself to him and handed him the weapon.
"I'm sorry, but this is for your own good."

As the snow fallen and the icy cold snow Winter passed, soon came Spring. Judy decided that she'd go for a stroll in the park. Sitting on the bench that was along the path beside a lake, she sat quietly, listening to the wind. She'd often stare off into space, watching the little birds flock about in the water, doing their native calls and bathing.
A smile could barely even lift her cheeks.
Huddling her scarf closer to her neck, she kept her mouth and nose covered. It barely touched the lids below her eyes. Before Judy knew it, she was already dozing off, but the sheer thought of someone taking her away while she was caught off guard, stimulated a battle against her fatigue and what she didn't want to do.
Someone from a distance noticed her, but they weren't too sure if they knew who she was. They sped walk and fast as they could to reach the bench. Staring at the rabbit, they concluded that it was indeed in fact Judy.
"Judy...?"
Judy just sat there, not aware of their presence.
"Judy!" They cried.
Judy flinched out of her state of staring, slowly looking up at the individual. From the looks of it, Judy wasn't mentally stable, nor was she absolutely conscious of what she was doing.
