Jessica's P.O.V.

I got out of Steven's car and slammed the door. I couldn't wait to see the new it couple Shay and Jason today in school. Shay called me last night and told me all the details of her little family dinner party. It's great to know that she trust me with her life story and all of her secrets. Whenever anything happens in her life, she comes running to me and telling me everything! It's funny that she hasn't noticed anything yet.

But it makes my life so much easier. And so does Steven's and Daniel's.

"Hey." Steven shouted at me while I was in my thoughts. I turned around slowly and sighed.

"What?" He annoyed me so much. Remind me why I'm doing this for him? Oh yeah, because he's family and I love him dearly, plus, who's going to get me so much money for shopping and shit?

Steven of course.

I'm doing this for the money. No mercy.

"Don't forget to keep an eye on them both."

"Yes, I know." I gave him a fake smile and walked away from the car. I walked to the entrance and went to open the door, but someone else's hand touched the handle before I did.

"I guess I'll be seeing you a lot more." I gasped at the familiar voice.

"I guess so." I winked at him. He opened the door and let me walk through first. Once I walked in, he followed. I wasn't expecting him around, but he's cute and we do have the same taste in many things.

"Do you need help getting around?"

"Yeah, you interested in helping me around?"

"I have nothing else better to do." I batted my eyelashes at him. Shay and Jason can wait for a minute. I grabbed his hand and and lead him to the main office to get his class schedule.

Shay's P.O.V.

Jason kissed me on my neck while I closed my locker. I pushed him away playfully, hoping that no teacher was nearby to see our PDA. He stared at me while I put my books in my bag.

"What?"

"Nothing." He said as he smiled and looked away.

I wrapped my arms around his waist and turned his chin towards me. "What is it? Do I have something on my face?" I said as I let go of his face and opened my locker to look in my mirror again, but he stopped me.

"No."

"Then what is it?"

"I'm just happy, that's all." He said smiling.

I smiled back at him and peck his lips. "Me too." I really was. He's so sweet sometimes. And cute. And sexy. I stared at his sleeve of tattoos that I could see from under his white shirt and licked my lips. That's so damn attractive.

He grabbed my hand, not clearly noticing that I was checking him out, and we both started to walk to our class, but I spotted a certain someone and stopped in my tracks.

"Derek?" I said as I saw him and Jess walk towards us.

"Hey, it's you! The girl who can't play air hockey!" I face palmed and blushed. I know I wasn't that bad!

I felt Jason tense beside me. "Relax, he's with Jessica. They're kind of - well almost - an item." I whispered in his ear. He sighed and pulled me in close to him.
