We're currently at the classroom waiting for our subject teacher. Today is April 27. Iba ang dates nila rito, I guess. April 27 in mortal world is summer but in here, school days of course. Ilang linggo na pala ako rito sa Hezaira University. Nakatagal ako, ang galing.

The school year ends in the month of December, I guess. Baliktad nga, cool. Wait, April 27 na pala ngayon. Tomorrow is my birthday already. Yay, I'm turning 18 tomorrow. I wish Tita Jenny will visit me here. I don't want to let my birthday pass without her.

Namimiss ko na si Tita Jenny. Siya lang kasama ko sa mga kaarawan ko at s'yempre, siya lang ang nakakaalam na birthday ko na bukas. Well, that's okay. I ain't that special to announce that my birthday is tomorrow.

Makalipas ang ilang minuto ay dumating na ang subject teacher namin.

"Good morning, class. I have a very important announement for all of you. The date of the levelling battle will be moved."Napangiti naman ako sa balita. This is a good news.

Sana matagalan pa ang levelling battle. Mukhang hopya kasi talaga ako sa kalagayan ko ngayon.

"Unfortunately, our headmaster decided to move it, this day. We will be having our levelling battle today so please proceed to the quadrangle."anunsyo ni Ma'am. Napanganga na lamang ako dahil sa balita.

Shit, sabi ko patagalin hindi madaliin. This is fucked up. Minamalas ako ngayon, what the hell. Ano na ang gagawin ko ngayon?

"Via, let's go. We should proceed to the field."aya ni Maya sa 'kin. I just glanced at her and didn't move a bit. I'm at stake, right now.

"Can I just stay in here? Ayokong pumunta do'n. Hindi ko alam kung may kapangyarihan pa ako. Mapapahiya lang ako." mahinang sabi ko. Lumapit ito sa 'kin at tumabi.

"Via, everything is going to be alright. Just do your best, okay? You got our back, girl."pagpapagaan ni Maya sa aking loob. I smiled at her.

"Via, you can do it. C'mon, we'll cheer for you."ani Jeniah sabay hila sa 'kin. Well, there goes nothing. I sighed.

Nang makarating kami sa field ay halos umurong ang pantog ko sa dami ng estudyanteng nakikita ko. Shit, what to do?

Agad akong tumalikod para bumalik pero hinila ako pabalik ni Lievelle. I pouted at her and she just gave me a chuckle. I'm so stress. How, how?

"Guys, natatae pala ako. I'll go." Napatingin sila lahat sa 'kin and I gave them the most innocent smile I have ever done.

"No excuses!" sabay na sabi nila. Nalaglag na lamang ang balikat ko at sumunod sa kanila. I think I'm going to cry.

This is so not my day. Akala ko talaga patatagalin pa ang Levelling Battle 'yon pala mas pinaaga pa.

"Section Pegasus, your area is here. Dito kayo umupo." Our teacher announced. Agad kaming lumapit at pumwesto sa area namin. Napatingin ako sa gitna ng quadrangle. I saw a transparent light surrounding the area that I think is the area where the levelling battle will occur. Force field ata ang tawag d'yan o barrier.

Napatingin ako sa dalawang estudyante na umiilaw ang kamay kasabay ng pag-ilaw ng barrier. Sa tingin ko ay pinapa-tibay pa nila ito. Ang lakas naman nila.

"A good morning to all the students of Hezaira University."Napatingin ako sa nag-salita sa microphone sa stage. It's Headmaster Levi.

"Welcome to our Levelling Battle for this school year. For the benefits of new students and freshmens, Levelling Battle is a way to know how far or what level can your power go. For the old students, let us see if there's an improvement. Let the Levelling Battle, start!"Naghiyawan ang lahat matapos ng talumpati ni Headmaster Levi.
