'Joshua!' His sister ran up to him 'Ashley is being a bitch again' Josh shakes his head, not his problem. 'Jason, Josh and Ashley are being mean!' 'Please Abigail, go to your room and make homework or something' is all Jason says before he unpauses the game he was playing. Josh hates how uninterested his brother is.

'Oh my god Josh!' Josh looks up from his notebook, only to see happy Tyler bouncing in his chair 'I have the best idea ever, why don't you and I learn sign language? We can talk!' Josh rolls his eyes, is this boy stupid? Non of them is deaf, non of them has voice problems, if they want to they both can talk. But Josh doesn't want to communicate, which is the reason why he is always so short and direct on WhatsApp, it seems wrong since it is communicating.

Why am I not scared in the morning?

I don't hear those voices calling,

I must have kicked them out, I must have kicked them out,

I swear I heard demons yelling,

Those crazy words they were spelling,

Josh shows Tyler his creation, he knows it's kind of weird and he isn't sure how Tyler will react but he feels OK with showing the boy. He smiles and nods his head 'Josh you're a natural' after all this time writing Josh isn't sure if you could call him a natural, Josh himself would say he has had too much practice to be 'a natural'

'Josh why are you so good at this?' Tyler smiles sadly 'and why am I so bad at this?' he sighs 'I'm sorry, that was another question, I know you won't answer.. Like you didn't answer on my amazing idea to learn sign language..' Josh laughs a little, he no longer is annoyed by this boy, he kind of likes how stupid he is. Maybe because he has been sticking up with him for a pretty long time now, Tyler is the first who doesn't turn around and walk away. Josh shakes his head it's been a week or so. He grabs a paper

It's not just not talking, it's not communicating

He officially hates himself, he just wrote something down a SENTENCE which had nothing to do with his song writing, he feels so stupid, but he felt like Tyler had the right to know. What was he thinking? Tyler had the right to know? No! Why is he with Tyler in the first place, Zack will kill him, well it's not like Josh would mind.. Two years, for two whole years he didn't say a word, nor did he write a sentence for anyone to read and now, he gives a message, to a boy who he knows for a week?! Yes he had said something on WhatsApp but that was nothing big, on top of that, the message wasn't personal, it was about the project, there had been no choice, and this sentence, he chose to put this sentence on paper and he chose to show Tyler what he had written down.

Tyler

Tyler watches the red haired boy as he walks away 'Josh you don't have to leave..' he knows it might be hard for Josh, communicating, but keeping everything inside wasn't going to help him either. He wants Josh to trust him more, to know that Josh can talk to him if he needs to, he wants to be a friend, but Josh doesn't seem to want him there, Josh want's to be alone.

The boy with the red hair and the broken smile, he seemed lonely, yet not ready for something as big friendship, he acted like he was okay on his own, but no one should live like that. Tyler wanted to help the boy but he had no idea where to start.

Tyler walked home, humming a song 'what are you humming?' A blonde girl came from behind him, he looks up 'oh hi, uh.. I.. uh I don't think you know them' the girl smiled 'may I guess?' Tyler nods 'my chemical romance, cancer' Tyler smiled 'I will not kiss you' the girl sang softly, she wasn't the best singer but she sure was cute. 'I'm Jenna' Tyler smiles 'hi, my name is Tyler' 'hi Tyler, I love your taste in music' 'hi Jenna, you're the first girl I know, who knows this song' Jenna smiled 'I have to go left here, see you around Tyler' 'yes I would love to see you around' tyler shook his head, why did he say that? He hears Jenna giggle and then she leaves.

'This just ain't living!' Tyler screams, he doesn't worry about his dad being angry with him for 'singing' so loudly, his dead doesn't care about anything. A knock on his door brings Tyler back to reality 'hey litlle one' Tyler smiles 'hey Zack' 'how is everything going? You allright?' Tyler smiles, 'yes, what are you doing here?' 'Well I know living with dad can be lonely sometimes' 'sure is' 'so I decided to check on my little brother, may I, I'm worried about you' 'why?' 'Because of Josh, I saw you walking with him a little while ago, you shouldn't talk with him' 'I don't talk with him, I talk to him, he doesn't talk back remember? Why would you care though?' 'Most people say he is bad news, he does drugs, smokes and has bad friends' 'he has no friends' 'no friends we know about Ty, please be careful, I want you to stay away from him, this is not a question, this is an order and you have to promise me you'll do as I say.' Tyler rolls his eyes 'Josh is lonely! I am not going to follow your stupid orders, I'm not a baby, and you aren't my dad, leave ME alone, Josh needs me Zack and you don't see that, because you believe these stupid gossips, Josh needs me! And I'm going to help him, nothing you can do about it, now if you don't mind, I have to leave for basketbal training, bye' Zack stops Tyler in his attemp to walk through the door
