Promise.

Josh POV

I ran into my room and looked for something to wear. That's when Riley walked into my room.

"Josh what is this?"
She said holding up a gold ring.

The first thing that came into my head was oh shit that's the promise ring for Maya. Where in the hell did she find that. I hid it from myself so I wouldn't give it to her.

"W-where did you find that?"
I said calmly.

"In my room...under my bed..."
She said moving closer to me.

"Look I'm not going to give it to Maya it's just a promise ring..."

"Wait what! Why not?"

"Because I-don't know maybe it's to soon..."

"Josh you should give it to her....tonight actually....when you guys go on your date..."

"I don't know how to plan this type of stuff Riley...."

"I got it."
She said with a devilish smirk.
"Just wear a tux and make your hair look nice. As always. And before you leave I'm going to bring you instructions."

She said as she walked outta the room with the ring. I heard her call Maya's name as she left my room.

I let out a breath and instantly called stiles.

5 minutes later

"Bro why do you want the red tie?"
Stiles said holding up a plain black tie.

"Because I need some type of color...."
I said as I continue to tie my red tie on.

"No take that off...you look stupid..."
Stiles said as he pulled on my tie.

"No it looks great!"
I said as I pulled back at it.

This went on for a couple minutes until Riley walked in.
"What are you two doing?"
She asked she had a blue tie in her left hand and a white paper in her right hand which I was guessing was the instructions.

"Stiles won't let me wear the red tie..."
"Josh won't wear the black tie!"
We both said at the same time.

"Well you can't wear either because Maya's wearing blue so here's a blue tie instead. "

"Okay fine."
"Fine."
Stiles and I said once again.

As I put my tie on and made sure it was straighten

"Anyways. Here josh this is exactly what your suppose to do....you can dance right?"
She asked in a question.

"What type of dancing?"

"Slow dancing of course.."

"Then yes."
I said

"Good."

"RILEY WHERE ARE YOU MY HAIR!"
I heard Maya yell.

"As you can see she's freaking out. I told her you were gonna do something special."

"Oh....well if it helps I'm nervous to so it's okay.."
I said looking at my messy undid hair. Then at my tie
"Does this look straight to you?"
