Phil stood waiting outside PJ's classroom after being let out early out of his last class of the day. Him and PJ always walked home together since they lived so close to one another. Peering through the small window, he could see PJ laughing with Joe and Joey, Joey however paying more attention to his phone than the conversation happening next to him.

The bell rang out and instantly Joey rushed out, still texting on his phone. Phil felt an urge to stick his foot out and trip Joey up because he was so absorbed into the iPhone 7 screen... but ignored it. After all, he wasn't a dickhead like other people he knew.

"Who you texting Joey?" Phil asked plainly as he looked at Joey.

With a bright grin on his face, Joey turned around happily, "Daniel, my boyfriend. He's just told me he's moving to this school at some point next month!"

He skipped off happily as PJ walked out. He looked towards Phil as Joe walked out too, pulling on his brown Parka Jacket with fur around it's hood, "So Joey told you the news about Daniel?"

Phil nodded as he fished his phone out of the back pocket of his black skinny jeans where he had put it after leaving his previous English lesson, "Yeah. I bet he's very excited."

"Too right he is," Joe sighed, "He almost had his phone confiscated off him because Mr Grey saw him on it so much as he text Daniel."

A chuckle escaped from Phil's lips as the three of them began walking out the school. In front of him, Phil spotted the back end of Dan who, as always, was wearing all black. He had headphones in his ears and, presumably, was staring at his phone.

"I'll be right back," Phil tells the group he was with before running towards Dan, ignoring the calls of his other friends asking where he was going.

Despite his lack of exercise, somehow Phil managed to catch up with Dan. Dan noticed him and smiled at Phil, "Hey."

"Look at you, Mr I-got-an-isolation. You're such a rebel Dan," Phil teased as he knocked into Dan's arm teasingly.

Dan pulled out one of his headphones and looked at Phil with a smirk, "What can I say? I'm just a bad boy."

Phil laughed before looking at Dan, "Seriously though, are you ok?"

A heavy sigh left Dan's mouth as his smirk transformed into a frown, "I'm pissed off... if that's what you mean. I'm pissed off that I'm the victim and I end up being treated like the person who did it."

Understanding, Phil nodded his head, "You don't deserve the isolation."

"You think so?"

Phil nodded, "Yeah. Alfie threw the first punch and blackmailed you. All you was doing is protecting your private information... he just needs to accept that."

A smile formed on Dan's lips as he looked at Phil who too was smiling, "Thank you."

"For what?"

"Agreeing with me."

"I only agree with people who have the same thoughts and feelings as me. And since you do, I agree."

The pair of them stopped outside the gates, "I guess you turn left here then," Dan sighed as he looked at Phil.

"I have to wait for PJ, but yeah," Phil nodded, "Why which way do you go?"

"Right."

"Oh..."

"PHIL! WHY DID YOU RUN OFF?"

Dan turned his head to spot PJ and Joe walking towards them. PJ gives Dan a glance before looking at Phil, "Let's head home, Philly..."
