•CHAPTER TWENTY-FOUR•

Sam Kassidy slammed her clenched fist down on the metal desk in front of her as she watched as Dan and Phil kissed through her video camera. She was angry. How had Dan survive the guy she had sent out specifically to kill Phil? How did Dan even find Phil?

"He survived?" A male voice echoed through Sam's dark office and Sam sighed out loud.

"Yes. And guess who managed to save the guy?" Sam angrily admitted.

She felt breathing over her shoulder as the two of them continued to watch the live footage playing on the large screen.

The two guys pulled away from one of them, both of their faces a pale shade of pink.

Sam watched as Dan stared at Phil and breathed out heavily, "I... I don't know what came over me ... I just jumped on you I'm sorry I..."

Phil's lips were suddenly pushed once again onto Dan's to show that he too had the same emotions for Dan and Dan did for him.

"This makes me feel sick," Sam commented as she pushed back from her desk and her chair spinning around.

"Me too," the guy admitted, "And the fact I've had to live with this guy for so long?... it's weird."

"And you promise you're not falling in love with Carol, Richard?" Sam questioned as she looked directly at the guy who was leaning against the white brick wall behind her.

"Of course not," Richard admitted in disgust, "And why would I? She's a Howell, and Dan's mother. I'm only there to gather more information on Dan."

"Speaking of information, where's Daniel?" Sam looked around.

"On the screen behind you?..."

"Daniel Preda you idiot. Daniel Preda."

"Oh!" Richard laughed as he rubbed the back of his neck, "He went to a coffee shop with his boyfriend Joey."

She nodded, "I need to talk to him about the importance of his next mission."

"What about the main reason he is moving to this new school is not just to continue his relationship with Joey but also find out more information on Dan and Phil?" Richard questioned.

Sam's eyes glowed red as she smirked, "Exactly. He has to know Dan and Phil is his main priority, despite his passionate relationship with Joey..."

"I love you Dan..." Sam's attention suddenly snapped back to the screen where Phil was looking towards Dan, and Dan was holding one of Phil's hands and was looking at it.

"This is ridiculous," Sam snapped before turning off the entire screen to hide the romance happening between the two guys.

"They're a cute couple though," Richard commented making Sam give him a long hard stare.

"Who's side you on? There's? Or mine? Cos I can easily fore you..."

"Yours! I'm sorry!" Richard panicked and Sam smirked looking away.

"That's what I thought."

Sorry for the short chapter! I've been in Birmingham all day on a school trip.

It's the beginning of the Christmas holidays tomorrow tho so there should be a lot more chapters out 🙂
