Ells' POV
"Astrid, you are a guardian. You've got to protect the world. I can't do anything with you in this. I'll be of no help to you. Maybe, after The Battle of the End of the World, we could work something out." I said, feeling my heart break and crush in pain.
A few seconds went by, before he responded back.
"That's ok, Ells. I would wait a million years to be with you, no matter what the consequences may be." He said, smiling brightly. I smiled back, nodding, knowing that, someday, we would be happy. Together...
The four of them transformed back to normal, worried look on their faces, and mine.
After I calmed down, I traveled through my mind and processed what just happened. Somebody... gave me my energy back... but who?
"Ells. How did you do that?" Hunter asked, as he broke the silence, and I payed attention to him.
"What do you mean?" I asked him.
"You grabbed Wendy's wrists, and, turned her into solid stone." He said, knocking on Wendy's stone head, a hollow sound coming out of it.
"Only a person with Lunar Magic could do something like that... You know, take somebody's magic away. And, turn the Chaos' into stone." He said, as I processed what he said, and realized that I just exposed myself. The thing I wasn't supposed to do.
The four of them just gave me a Really... look, mixed with an Oh my gosh! look.
"I-I..." Was all I could stutter to them. I was feeling worse and worse by the second. Especially with Astrid upset too...
"Don't worry about it, Ells. You've been through a lot the past few days. It's ok." Astrid said, hugging me.
All I could do was hug him back, feeling horrible about myself. Why has all of this drama been put on my shoulders? I don't deal with the stuff well...
That's when I remembered who he was. That guy. He was at my school. He saw me, after Mrs. Kuro gave me that lecture. Wait, don't I already know this? Where is he now? Who is he, exactly?
"Hey, where did that guy go? You know, the one with the white hair?" I asked, as we stopped hugging eachother.
"Ms. Ellusia, you called?" I heard a familiar voice say, as I turned around and saw the guy I was asking about, but I finally got a good look at him.
His red eye and green eye stared right into mine, glowing not as bright as before. His face was messy, like he had been in the woods for a while. His paper white hair was covered with a black hood from his cloak, that trails down to the floor. A belt for potions, gizmos, and thing-a-ma-bobs on his waist.
"Excuse me, but I should introduce myself. I am your Binary Chaos Companion. I am the fourteenth unit created. But, you can call me BCC-14, for short."
