Chapter 1

Jade and Niall

PROLOGUE;

Hello my name is Jade Thirlwall! I auditioned on the X Factor as a solo artist, but sadly I got kicked off. Unexpectedly, I got put back into a band with my new bandmates Perrie, Jesy and Leigh-Anne. We won the X Factor (yay!) and now we are in the office of Syco, waiting for Simon Cowell to discuss our new album that we will be working on.

"Hello girls!" Simon said as he walked into the office.

"Hello Simon!" We all said in unison.

"Well know that we are all here, let's get discussing shall we?" Simon said.

"We shall!" Jesy said in a posh accent causing all of us crack up for no reason.

"Anyways, what we are going to do is make a new album. It will have about 13 to 16 songs. You all will have around 2 month to create and produce the album and than from there we will go on tour!" Simon said to us.

"Coolio!" Perrie and Leigh-Anne squealed excitingly.

"Oh and also I have a very special surprise girls..."

"We will be having guest stars and helpers during your tour ladies." Simon said.

"Whooo!" We all yelled excitedly.

"Who is it?" Leigh Anne asked.

"One Direction!"

"YES!" Perrie yelled happily.

I bet she was happy because her boyfriend is in that band. However the other girls and I have never met the rest of the band before besides Zayn.

"But there will be a slight challenge."Simon said after we quieted down a bit.

"What is it?" Leigh-Anne asked for all of us.

"I will need you girls to make 4 songs each. Only by yourselves, and you can't help each other."

"WHAT!!" We all yell.

"How are we supposed to create and produce 4 songs each on our own?" Jesy exclaimed.

"Well you will have one of the boys to help you out, have a room full of instruments to try out, your own recording studio, as well as my help."

"It can't be that bad right?" I said to them.

"Great spirit Jade!"Simon said.

"Wait!" Perrie yelled.

"What?" Simon asked.

"Which boys are we working with?" Perrie said.

"Oh yes, I forgot to tell you that. I chose who you are working with. You have your recording studio rooms on this piece of paper I have right here and the boys will be meeting you in about an hour in those studios. Have fun and I will be checking up on you ladies and your progress in a week."

"Bye Simon!" We all yelled in sync.

"Ok girls, let's go!" Leigh Anne spoke up, grabbing her things while in the process.

"Wait!" I yelled before everyone stopped moving to look at me.

"What?" They all said.

"WE HAVE AN HOUR UNTILL WE HAVE TO MEET THE BOYS AND OUR APARTMENTS ARE AT LEAST 20 MINUTES AWAY FROM HERE!" I screamed to them.

Screaming we ran to our cars, and headed to our flats.

Finally when I arrived at our flat I rushed in and up to my room.

Ok ok! SHOWER! I tell myself.

Hopping into the shower and I started thinking. (( Oh yeah and forgot to mention Sam and Jade aren't dating in this story.)) I have to make 4 freakin songs in 2 months! GAH! But I play the piano and the guitar, and I think I can make some songs with my fellow helper. I can do this!

After I was done thinking, and showering of course, I stepped out of the shower which lasted 20 minutes.

Wow fast shower! I went to my closet and looked for something to wear. Finally I chose to wear a white halter top, with a pair of high waisted denim washed cropped jeans. I slipped on my brown booties and did my regular makeup. I also french braided my hair at the back.

Grabbing everything I needed in the nick of time, I headed out with 10 minutes to spare.

Once I got there I only saw Perrie. Once I finally approached her, I spoke up.

"Hey Perrie!" I said happily.

"Oh Hey Jadey!" Perrie said turning towards me to give me a quick smile.

"Do you know where the papers Simon was talking about are?" I asked her.

"Yeah right here." She said pointing to a little desk in the left side of the room.

"Thanks Perrie and good luck on the songs. Text me who your paired up with Girly!"

"K!" She yelled back while walking to her room I'm guessing. I see my card and it said:

Jade you will be in studio room 293 on floor 9.

Wow I've never been on that floor. They said that floor is only for the best people like Simon.

I go to the elevator and headed to my room to see who my One Direction buddy

Ah! 293! Ok Jade deep breath and knock! I told myself before knocking.

"Come in!" I hear someone yell from inside the room

Opening the door slowly, I stepped into the room.

What I first see makes me gasp. In the room was a huge window that showed all of London. And when I say all I mean all. It was so beautiful!

I then looked around and saw a grand piano and a wall full of all the instruments you could think of. On one side of the room I saw two recording booths and on the other side I saw a bathroom and a little kitchen. Another side of the wall contained a large desk with notebooks, papers pencils and CDs of other artists. Than in the middle I see my One Direction buddy. It's the Irish one with blonde hair and braces. He is so cute.

Ugh Jade! Get a hold of yourselves!
Ok, let's do this.

"Hi Niall!" I say.

"Oh hi Jade! Nice to meet you." He said pulling me into a hug.

Oh he is so soft...

"Well I guess we are partners!" I said before setting my bag down onto the grounds

"Yeah! I'm so excited to work with y'all ladies." Niall said sweetly.

"Awe that's too sweet. We're all so happy you guys are helping us, or we would not be able to do this on our own!" I said with a small smile.

"Oh it's not problem!"

After a comfortable silence of getting settled in, Niall finally spoke up.

"Ok well Jade, let's get to work yes?" Niall questioned.

"Yeah sure!"

"So, what type of instruments do you play?" He asked me.

"The piano and guitar." I responded.

"YES! Someone else who plays the guitar!" He yells out to no one in particular.

I giggled slightly but I guess he heard because he smiled at me widely, showcasing his braces, which in my opinion, were totally unnecessary.
