ENTRY 44

21.04.63.18.53

I finally got to see Pandorica. She was so dressed up and perfumed that I could not understand what was going on with her, then just before I had the chance to say anything someone walked in and whisked her out again.

"Pandorica," I yelled. "What's going on?" Just then someone else came in and he started talking to me.

"How do you know her," he asked.

I was very careful how I answered, something strange was going on and maybe they would resent us being husband and wife, so instead I explained that we had been traveling together since I met her in her city and she followed me on a mission that her people sent me on. "You should be very honored. It is not common for a female such as her to associate with someone like you."

"A female like her, what in the hell are you talking about?" I asked with a very sarcastic voice. I didn't care at that moment if he heard it or not. I was getting really pissed.

"The female you call Pandorica is not who you think she is," he said. "Her name is Gavabu and she is the lost crown princess of the Zartoon of Tergina.."

I denied it of course, that was ridiculous, but he kept on insisting that she was indeed the princess and he would not hear any more of it, but he certainly did hear when I said that Pandorica and I were married and that she was expecting a baby.

Once he heard I was Pandorica's husband, he dropped to his knees, bowing to me and asking my forgiveness, which of course I gave. Then he asked my permission to leave, which I granted.

A few minutes later, he returned with Pandorica and three or four others. She told them yes, indeed we were married and that she was expecting my baby. I don't know what happened, but suddenly I was taken from my room and led through the building to a room that was fancy by anyone's standards.

"Prince Fa Nex," one of them said as they sat me on a chair. "We had no idea that you are Her Highness's husband. We offer you our city and everything we have." I thanked them and told them that all I wanted was to see Pandorica alone so we could talk. "I will ask Her Highness if she would like to see you," one of them said just as he left the room.

I was left alone, and I had a lot to figure out, so I just sat there looking at the furniture, the river below and the patterns on the cliff across the way. Other than all of that, I just waited.
