I smiled at Andre making him smile back at me. I had told him everything and he started insulting poor Brandon. I left him with it, he did try to get into Isaac's pants without his consent, when he specifically said he didn't want to. We walked to our car to see Isaac waiting there, calmly. Or maybe not so calmly. He kept on pacing round, his hands fidgeting with the hem of his shirt. I frowned at him, glancing at Andre to see him frowning at me. I chuckled before I looked back at Isaac. "Did you forget something?" Andre asked. "Em... No." He said nervously. My frown deepened. "You're right." Isaac said looking at me. I huffed. "I know I'm right." I smirked then frowned. "About?" I asked. Andre laughed at me. I rolled my eyes. He just kept on looking down. "I'd like to go home so if you don't have anything to say, them please say so." I said. He nodded and sighed. "I don't have anything to say but..." He said looking away. I sighed. Why can't he just leave me alone? It's less painful. "I have something to do." He finally said. I nodded. "Good. So you probably need to go back to your car." I said raising a brow. "I don't need it this time." He whispered. I frowned when I felt his lips crash against mine. He's kissing me. It took me a while to react, and by the time I realised that I froze, he was already removing his lips from mine. I stared at him before crashing my lips against his, both my hands on each side of his neck as I savored this very moment. Gosh did I miss his lips. His smell when he's close to me. His hands held me by the hem of my T-shirt while I closed all the space between us. My eyes had closed instantly. It was like kissing him for the first time again. Butterflies erupted from my stomach and into my head. He pushed me away slightly, and I frowned until I realised he needed to breathe. I looked at him, and looked again. I couldn't help but stare. What was he doing? What was I doing? He's scared of me. He's... "So..." Andre interrupted. I looked at him and frowned. He fell silent for whatever the reason was. I went back to staring at Isaac. "I'm gonna go now." He said awkwardly. I nodded in agreement. He nodded before walking away. I took a deep breath before getting into the car. "That felt so awkward." Andre said, wide eyed. I groaned. "I didn't know what to do. Like my mind was blank." I said, frowning. He laughed. "I thought he was scared of you." Andre said driving away. I shrugged. "He was when I beat the guy to a bloody pulp." He chuckled before shaking his head in disbelief. I huffed before crossing my arms. "Maybe he is scared. But he doesn't want to be." Andre said glancing at me. I smiled slightly. "How would you know that?" I asked. "I asked him." He simply said. I choked before glaring at him. "What did you tell him?" He smirked. "I said you were wiling to lose your wolf for him. I then said that it would devastate you and any wolf really. Because you'd be giving up a whole part of you. A whole half of you." I rolled my eyes. "No wonder he kissed me. He feels guilty." I said breathing deeply. I can't condemn him to an unhappy life. He can't be with me out of guilt or pity or something other than free will and happiness and love. I sighed and got out of the car when we arrived. "You think he's had a sex change yet?" Andre asked out of the blue. I glared at him before frowning. "I don't know." I gasped. What if he hasn't had a sex change yet? That'd be so awkward.

And then a week passed without Isaac and I talking or even looking at eachother. I was going to go to him at first but then he just walked away when his eyes landed on me. So I didn't approach him again. And then it was the weekend and my parents had moved back to their home. Something about feeling home sick. I snorted, obviously.

"Nate! You have to go to the supermarket! It's your freaking turn!" Logan yelled glaring at me. I laughed at his red face. "I was just saying that you could go. Just saying." He growled. I chuckled. "I'm going. I'm going." I said, lifting my hands in surrender. He shook his head in disbelief. I chuckled. "Thank you. Don't forget to get junk food for tonight 'cause we ain't eating your healthy chicken salad." He deadpanned. I laughed. "Fine. But my chicken salad is actually really nice." I huffed. He rolled his eyes, mumbling that it was the best salad ever. I chuckled. "Call if there's a problem." I said before leaving. I drove to the closest supermarket which was 15 minutes away. I grabbed my wallet and keys before getting out of the car. I locked my car before walking into the shop. I smiled at the security guard. He smiled back. "Is the meeting tonight still on?" He asked. I frowned. "Yeah of course. Wouldn't miss it. We need to talk about the agreement we had with the vamps and rogues. Important business." I said. He nodded. "How's your chest?" He asked. I smiled. "Much better. The scar's still evident and I still need the bandage but I'm good, thank you." He smiled. "See you tonight." I said before walking into the shop completely. He was head of soldiers. He was really important to us, helped us with a lot. I grabbed a trolley before walking to the junk food first. I got some chocolate, sweets and crisps. I walked to the cleaning products after, grabbing some bleach and other useful products to clean. I walked to the meat section soon after and got some chicken and beef. I pushed the trolley to the bathroom stuff before getting all that I needed and paying for it. I got out and took all the bags into the kitchen. "I moved the meeting earlier." Andre said. I whined. "Come on. They would have been scolding at us all day if we didn't move it earlier. It's in an hour. No big deal anyway." He shrugged. I huffed. "Fine." I grunted. "I'll get ready then." I said sighing before walking up. We soon had to welcome everybody in from the back, where the back door opened straight to the meeting room. It was rather big. "Hi." I greeted everyone. My brother waved and grinned. "As you all know, this meeting is set because we've bien having problems with the vamps and rogues next door." Andre started. Already there was a hand lifting up. I nodded at the middle aged woman. "Why did they attack the pack house anyway? You never told us why." She said. I nodded. "Because Isaac walked into the forest at night. When I got him, they were already there. I did what all of you would have done, fight them. I honestly don't know if it was the right thing to do, but it saved me from Isaac's death." I said softly. "It seems like he's done a lot of trouble lately." Another woman said. "He hasn't." Andre said glaring at them. I smiled at him. "We're not here to talk about my brother's mate so lets move on, shall we." I chuckled at what he said. "I was saying." He resumed. "Either we need to modify the contract or we need to fight them, which we obviously don't want the latter to happen." He said. I nodded in agreement. "Here are some files." I said handing them out. "We'd like to know what you think. We also thought of moving the whole pack to another territory but then that would be quite complicated, but possible if it's our only option." I said sitting down. We continued talking for two hours and decided to give it a week to let everyone think. "A drink everyone?" I suggested. They all cheered. I chuckled. We walked to the living room and Andre and I got some beer and other drinks out. I frowned when I heard a knock on the door. "Who's that?" I asked Andre. He shrugged. "Go check it out." I told him. "No. You go do that." He huffed crossing his arms. I rolled my eyes and pushed him lightly. "Lazy." I muterred. I opened the front door to freeze at the sight of Isaac. "Nathanael." He greeted, smiling. I frowned. "What are you doing here?" I asked him. "Em..." He chuckled nervously. "I came here to... To tell you something." He said looking inside the house. I frowned at him. I felt his lips press against mine straight after, giving me chills down my spine. He pushed me backwards so that he was inside the house and not out, before closing the door with his foot. Our lips stayed connected as he wrapped his arms around my neck. I pulled away and stared down at him. "Isaac. You can't-" I was cut off by his lips pressing against mine once more. "Shut up, Nathanael. I'm trying to kiss you." He mumbled into my lips. I chuckled before wrapping my arms around his waist. My lips landed on his straight after. His lips parted slightly so that my tongue could enter his mouth. I explored every single bit and detail of his mouth as if it was the first time ever kissing him. He moaned softly. I smirked and pushed him to the nearest wall before kissing him down his neck. My lips pressed against the skin of his neck, my wolf coming out as he slid his hands to my chest. "I want you so much, Isaac." I whispered, nibbling on the soft skin of his neck. "Do you have guests?" He asked breathing out. I didn't bother to answer as I crashed my lips against his again. Unfortunately, we were interrupted by no others than my family. I glared at them as I kept Isaac in my arms. "You forgot your book." My mother said grinning mischievously. She waved it in front of us making me growl loudly at the sight of it. I felt Isaac tense in my arms. Crap. I moved away from him and looked away. I grabbed the book and glared at my mother. 'Get your wolf to back off, Nate. Isaac is freaking out here.' Andre said through the mind link. I nodded and closed my eyes trying to push my wolf away. But, he wasn't leaving me. Or Isaac for that matter. I opened my eyes and looked at Andre. He frowned. I groaned and closed my eyes again, practically yelling at my wolf to back off. He finally did, after a long talk. I opened my eyes to see everyone staring. "You want anything to eat Isaac?" I asked him. "Sure." He whispered. I nodded and took him to the living room so that we could get some food. Everyone soon left after that.
