This is a fear, I dread so much: Permanent hair loss.
I don't think about it whilst i'm pulling, but the moment after an episode; it hits me. My hair could never grow back. I've had trich for at least 8-9 years, which is quite sometime so I worry a lot about the fact that i've damaged my scalp and pulled so much that the hair will never grow back.
