Today was a really exciting day for me. I delivered a speech to a bunch of adults working with mental health from all across the country. I got to express how I think that mental health awareness needs to be improved and how so many people (especially teens) are effected by mental health but they aren't getting any help for it. I said that well-being in school needs to improve and that we should have annual mental health check ups. It was great to see that so many people were for the idea and agreed with so many things I was saying. I'm going to keep going with my idea and spread awareness that we need better mental health care.
