Chapter 13
Jai's POV
On the way home I over think.
I shouldn't have left her there. Alone. I should go back.
I turn around facing back to The Sydney Opera House.
She'll be fine.
Another part of me thinks. so I turn back around. I should follow my heart.
"Ugh! Stuff it." I say and jog back to the white building. I take a glimpse of the people walking down the stairs.
"There." I say to myself and walk up to her.
"Hey. What are you doing back here?" She says to me.
Should I tell the truth? or should I lie to my girlfriend and pretend nothing is going on inside of my head right now?
I think a whole lot of things and realise.
"Jai it's been two minutes since you came walking up to me." She says.
"Oh, sorry. I am back because I wanted to walk you home." I say and walk with her down the steps.
"Oh okay but I can catch a cab." She says but I disapprove.
"No. it's fine. We can walk together." I say and she nods. We take a long walk back to my aunties place and I stay for dinner.
"So Jai. When are they expecting for you to be back at the contestants house?" My aunty asks.
"Oh. Right. Now. I better go." I say checking the time on my phone.
"I'm sorry girls." I say and stand up, I lightly kiss Celia on the cheek and walk out of the room.
"Bye." She says.
Celia's POV
I look at Jai's aunty with a look of can I leave?
"Yes, go." She says and shoos me off. I quickly stand up and run into the large lounge room where Jai is walking to the door.
"Jai." I say and he spins around.
"Yes." He says.
"Did you forget something?" I say, I hold his wallet up in the air and he walks up to me, he takes it off me and gives me a nice hug.
"Thank you." He whispers and walks away.
"Bye." I say and he waves.
"Bye." He says and walks out of the house. I walk up to my room and log into my computer. I log into twitter and I have a thousand notifications, literally a thousand. Waetforder's mainly and a couple of other people. One tweet from a Waetforder saying:
'You and Jai are so cute together. I love you both so much!' Aww. Some haters saying:
'you b*tch. You don't deserve Jai.' Just go away. I don't really care about haters, I am used to it, my brother is like sort of famous after all so I get it all the time. They don't bother me. I just block them. I follow as many Waetforders as I can and talk to a couple. They are really the nicest girls I have ever met.
The next day I wake up and I have a missed call from Jai as well as a message. The message says.
'Hey. I have live show tonight. Guess who's invited ;).'
'Oh. I don't know ummmmmm.' I reply. In less than a minute Jai replies. He is like on his phone all most every minute of the day, I'm not surprised.
'You, of course.'
'Thanks but I knew what you meant. I was being stupid. I gtg bye.' I say and walk down the stairs to the kitchen where Jane is sitting at the table.
"Hello Dear. Are you hungry?' She asks.
"A little but I will probably meet up with Jai and buy breakfast." I say.
"Oh okay." She says and I sit at the table with my head on my arms on the table.
"Are you okay?" She says.
"Yeah. Just tired." I say. "Oh okay." She says until I am ready to head to Jai's rehearsal.

I walk into the green room where everyone is and they all stare at me, except for Jai, when I knock on the door.
"Hey." Jai says.
"H-hi." I say with a shaky voice. What is with the staring? Gosh!
"We are going for a walk. Bye guys." He says and they all say goodbye. For awhile we just walk down the corridors talking.
"They don't like me do they?" I say staring at the ground as we walk.
"No. They do. They really do. Just talk to them. They will like you and they do now." He says.
"When's your rehearsal?" I ask him.
"Oh. Now." He says and we start running back to the green room. I stay outside as they have a little meeting. When everyone walks out they wave to me and Jiordan talks to me a bit. She's a really nice girl. Jai walks out last and I walk beside him and Jiordan.
