I'm like on a writers spree type thing.. I just can't stop writing for some unknown reason... I have an announcement at the end of this chapter so yeah!

Chapter 32

In the middle of the night I heard the phone ring then mum talking to someone. I couldn't sleep so I went downstairs and sat next to my mum.

"Okay. I'm leaving now." She says and hangs up.

"Ready to go get Jack from the airport?" My mother says and I nod. I run up stairs and get changed out of my pyjamas and walk to the car, where mum is waiting for me. We quickly get to the airport and instantly find Jack at the front where everyone is getting picked up.

"Hey." He says as he gets in the car. Despite the sad day we have had he seemed very bright and cheery.

"Hi." I choke.

"Hey. Jack. We'll take you back to our place then we'll all go to the hospital together tomorrow." She says and drives off.

"The hospital called me and told me there is a meeting with the doctor tomorrow." He says and ignore him. When we get home I go straight to my room. While mum shows Jack around and to Celia's old room. I lay down on my bed and slowly drift to sleep.

In the morning I get up and find mum and Jack in the kitchen. Jack was just sitting there rambling on about something and mum was being polite, just nodding and agreeing with everything he said, even though she had no idea about what he was saying. I sit down on the other side of the table and mum grabs my hand.

"Do you want something to eat?" She asks.

"I'm not hungry." I mumble.

"Are you sure? I can make pancakes? Anything you like." She says.

"Like I said, I'm not hungry." I mumble again and walk away, into the lounge room. I sit on the couch and flick through the tv channel's, not finding anything vaguely interesting.

"It's my fault." Jack says as he walks through the door. I just watch him as he sits down next to me.

"I'm sorry. Things weren't supposed to turn out this way. It's just... I only thought about my career and me. I know you love her and so did I." He says.

"It's not your fault." I say and walk away once again.

"Are we going to the hospital soon?" I ask Mum.

"Yeah. Let's go. Come on Jack." She says and we all walk out to the car. We get to the hospital and walk up to B12 on the second floor. Jack walks straight up to Celia as I stand in the doorway.

"I'll be back." My mum says and she walks away.

"I'm sorry Celia. It's all my fault. I shouldn't have moved away. It was all about me and you never got any attention. I wish I had have paid more respect and attention to y-" he says. But I cut him off.

"It's not your fault Jack. It's no ones fault." I say, clearly, for the first time since this happened. I hear a hand on my shoulder and by what the man was wearing I guessed he was Celia's doctor.

"Hi. I believe you're Celia's boyfriend. Jai." He says and I nod.

"Yeah. I am." I begin to mumble again. the doctor instructs me to sit down and he says his greetings to Jack. My mother walks in a few second later and he starts explaining Celia's condition.

"We will give her up to 6 months to live and if she doesn't wake up before then, we will have to pull the plugs." He says and waits for our response. But I just stared at the girl that I saw smiling only 12 hours ago.

"I will give you some privacy as you figure out what will happen. We can pull the plug no-" He starts.

"No. Wait the six months." I demand.

"Okay then. We will wait six months." He says. I didn't want the plugs to all the machines, keeping her alive, pulled out. I didn't want her to die before we gave her a chance. I didn't want her to die at all. The doctor asked for a private word with my mother and Jack went to go get a coffee so I was with Celia, just me and her again. I grabbed onto her hand.

"Celia. Everyone is blaming themselves. But don't listen to them, listen to me. It's no ones fault. No one did anything to cause the crash! I wish you could reply... It would make my life a whole lot brighter. Just promise me you'll wake up. Please." I say and a tear runs down my cheek. My mother walks back in and we sit there for a while...

Six months later and I was out of luck... Celia hadn't woken up. I still didn't want them to pull the machines. But they did... I didn't know what I was going to do with out her. I walked into her room just before we left.

"Please don't leave me. I love you." I whisper.

When you try your best, but you don't succeed
When you get what you want, but not what you need
When you feel so tired, but you can't sleep
Stuck in reverse

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you

And high up above or down below
When you're too in love to let it go
But if you never try you'll never know
Just what you're worth

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you

Tears stream down your face
When you lose something you cannot replace
Tears stream down your face
And I...

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you

I sing to her. Fix You. My first live show song. The day we broke up. The day she moved away. The day she left.

But this day. The day she left.... forever.

I sat down on the chair next to her bed and grabbed her hand.

"Please don't leave me. I can't live without you here. Please stay with me." I whisper...
