God Answers Prayer

3" And even when you ask, you don't get it because your motives are all wrong-you want only what will give you pleasure."

James 4:3

Do not give up on the things that give you heartache. If you truly desire it, the Lord will grant it. But first you should seek His kingdom as He has always commanded. A father would never turn a deaf ear to the needs of His children.

When prayers are left unanswered it might be because your intention is wrong or what you're asking wouldn't be good for you, or he has better plans for you. You just need to wait until everything is being unfolded in front of you. His plans are always greater than what you can imagine. Just wait. Do not give up. He always has a perfect timing even if you think that He doesn't hear it. He does. But in His time, you will know the reason as He slowly reveals the story of it all.

Have you ever thought or feel that your daily lives feel like nothing is changing yet when you look around everything is so different from the way it was. It is in finding your purpose that God will unveil what He has planned for you.

There are frustrations because we always think that we own our lives. That we can make plans on our own, yet you don't even own the very air that you breathe. Look up into the sky. The evidence is there. A universe so beautiful that has been there long before you were born into this world. Why do you suffer in darkness when you can always look up into the heavens and see the tiny stars that remind you that if you only think of going near it or reach it, you'd know that star is big and bright enough to give light even the darkness of night. Though far, it shines through. Hold on to that light. It is better than to stumble in the dark.

Keep on praying. In His time, He will grant it with his glory. And you will be amazed that if you connect everything, you would understand the reason for everything. Do not despair. Be confident that the God who made everything has always something for each one of us. According to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus. He knows better because he's been there forever. Long before the world was created. He knows you even before you were born.

Where can you run from Him? Even if you ride into the future He is already there. He knew you were coming and so he made and prepared the earth for you. Yes. For you. He knows your very heart. Every single part of you. Even your hair is numbered. What then are you afraid of? Trust Him.

God always answers. With a pure heart and correct intention, everything will be granted in your favor. Don't you know he already knows what you need even before you open your mouth to ask? But He needs to hear it from your own lips. For it is like music for Him. He wants you to need Him. So He could show you how much He loves you. That He can grant any favor for you.

You are His. Go back to Him. With a clean heart, call upon Him. He will answer.
