~Chapter 16~

Tonight El and I are going to do some shopping I am unsure of what for but she has an idea. It's nice to see her again seeing as it's been a long time since the last time we've spoken. I'm in the home stretch with ten weeks to go and it's important that I take care of myself. I tell her all about Owen breaking out of jail and finding me here. She's not surprised he found me only that he got out of jail.

"What are we shopping for today?" I ask hoping she'll tell me.

"It's a surprise and I've already talked to Ash about what you need."

"He is in on this?"

"Sure is but I know he's busy with tour things and I figured we needed a girls day. Our first stop is lunch at this cute place I found on the way over."

She was excited about this small place and I agree it's cute and the service is quick. The waiter stops by a few times and I'm sure she's recognized me but she isn't saying anything. We order and chat all about the tour and she wonders about Ni.

"How has Ni been doing?"

"He was causing a lot of problems but he's been ok."

"What kind of problems?"

"He told me he loved me."

"Did he really? What prompted that?"

"He's pissed because the baby is a boy and he's mad that I moved on from him."

"Thought he didn't want to have anything to do with him or you?"

"He said he didn't but he also acts like he cares. I went home with Ashton and we had to fly. He was mad we flew but we had all the bases covered."

"What else has been happening? You and Ashton doing well?"

"There have been a lot of fights between Ni and the guys. Other than that Ashton and I are doing well. His home is perfect for us for now. I'm charmed by his simple life compared to my wealthy life. It's nice to be able to take it back to his simplest. Oh, Owen escaped jail and came to me. He nearly chocked me before we heard the guys coming. "

"How did he get out of jail?"

"Not sure but he violated his terms so he's going to be in jail for a long time."

"What did he want?"

"To try again and that he never stopped loving me. He said he was a changed man but then he tried to choke me."

"So he claimed to be a changed man but in the same instance he tried to choke you? Some man that makes him."

"You're telling me, but let's not talk about him anymore."

"How is Ash holding up through all of this?"

"He's doing well, we try to take as many days to ourselves as possible. He takes everything Ni says into consideration but when we went to see his place it was like falling in love all over again. My life overwhelmed him but his excited me. I never liked growing up with money it makes things feel less earned."

"His place is perfect for the three of you? Where does Ni fit into all of this?"

"It is perfect. He's not in this, because his wife will always take president over us. He knows he's welcome to visit but there's going to be no denying he belongs to Ni. I can already tell he's going to have his eyes and hair."

"I hope not but we shall see. I can't believe Ni is just letting this happen."

"Me either but he is and it's nice."
