Sleeping with Naill Horan

~Chapter 31~

Every week you in pregnancy puts you closer to the one things you want, to hold your child. It's a bittersweet moment as some enjoy being pregnant. I enjoyed being pregnant with Vander but this little girl is not making me feel well at all. My doctor thinks I'm crazy but pregnancy is a pretty magical time, seeing as not everyone is capable of carrying a child. At 28 weeks, I can't see my toes anymore and it's getting harder to hold Vander. I manage and today will be no different.

I'm about to make a few calls to have some things ordered for Vander's party when the mail man comes and hands me the mail. I surf through most of it putting almost all of it into the trash. There is one letter that sticks out and I can't help but wonder what they want with me now. The letter tells me that I have been subpoenaed to show up in court in five days' time for the case against Jack Horan. I'm nervous because yet again that means I have to fly and I can guarantee I will have to take Vander with me. No sooner had I put the paper down did my phone ring.

"Hey Niall"

"Please tell me you got the letter too."

"For court in five days? Yeah, I got it. What do they want you to be there for?"

"I'm not sure but they had me subpoenaed to show up."

"We're going to have to take Vander you know?"

"I know, this should be an interesting trip."

"My dad agreed to pick us up at the airport and take us to the hotel. We'll have a rental car from there so we can go to court or do what we want during the day."

"You've got this all figured out, don't you?"

"I do but believe me I don't want to fly again."

"Did you get us one room or two?"

"One there are two beds and I had them send us a rocking chair. Vander can sleep in either bed, I'd prefer he sleeps with you since he's kicked my belly a few times while we've slept."

"He can sleep with me then."

"Did you tell Joe about this?"

"Not yet but I'm sure he'll have his hands tied since Ash is going to go ape shit when he hears that you have to fly again."

"I know and believe me I'm not happy about it either."

"I'll let you talk to Ash but I'm going to take this to Joe."

"Call me later so we know what's going on."

I get off the phone with Niall and decide it would be better to call Ash then make him call me.

"Hey babe."

"Sweetheart, please tell me you don't have to fly again."

"I do, that's why I called. They skipped a step in letting me tell them I won't fly. I have no choice once again."

"This is beginning to make me mad. This should be the last one, right?"

"Yeah this should be."

"I hate that they keep doing this to you."

"Me too."

"How's Vander?"

"He's watching TV, I'm attempting to make lunch and get all the detail for his party in order."

"How's that going?"

"Well I have the cake ordered and some of the food trays but other than that there is a good bit to do."

"I can help you with that if you want. I can order the decorations and have them sent to you."

"That would be great. Pick a theme and let me know when the stuff should be coming. That's the only detail I hadn't really gotten to yet."
