People come and go from your life everyday but it's the ones that you love the most that hurt the most. If you've ever found the time to make things work in your favor someone will always be there to mess them up. I've found happiness and I want to keep it that way but today isn't going to be one of those days. I'm emotionally all over the place and I don't feel well. Tomorrow marks 34 weeks and everything is coming to an end. Today however is going to test my emotions and my strength to not kill Owen.

It's been a while since I've seen Owen and I'm scared today will be no different. I am mainly afraid that he is going to play the system and they will side with him. Harry is on edge too but he's void of emotion and I suspect Ash will be too. El on the other hand is a mess as am I and I know she's going to have a hard time keeping herself in check as well. I don't have much in the way of nice clothing but I do have a few dresses. It seems the guys have more nice clothing then I do but we make do with what we have.

Security is heavy as the four of us drive off to the court house. I can't seem to stop thinking about this and what I'm going to say. I've had no prior counseling and I'm sure this is going to hurt. When we get to the court house there are cameras all over the place and I'm trying to stay hidden but I can't move as fast as everyone else. Ash has my hand and we make it through the door to an attorney who was supposed to get into contact with me a long time ago.

"When we get in there all I want you to do is tell the truth. They'll see what he's done to you and should go in our favor."

We take our seats and the judge comes out followed by Owen who's wearing a black and white striped onesie, sneakers and is accompanied by handcuffs and shackles. There are two officers with him and neither of them look happy to be here. He sits and waits for them to start. I can't look at him and I won't unless I have to. The judge rattles off the reason we are there and he begins with allowing the lawyers to have at it. Owen is the first on in the stand and he's putting on a good show, pretending to be upset by his actions. Once both lawyers have had their fill of his crap he steps down and they ask Harry to come up. My nerves are really kicking in and I'm worried about this, I can't stop shaking my legs and my belly hurts.

He sits there looking out at me and something in his face eases some of the tension. The judge clarifies his name and a few other important details before the lawyers are allowed to ask questions. Once they are given the go ahead Owen's lawyer steps up and begins the questioning.

"Mr. Styles care to tell us how you know Owen."

"I went to school with both Owen and Paigelyn. He was the quarterback and she was head cheerleader."

"What can you tell me about their relationship in high school?"

"When we were in school everything seemed fine. I'd never seen two people more in love with each other than those two were then. They went and did everything together no matter what it was. It was sickening sometimes but I was happy for her."

"What happened after school was over?"

"Well before school ended they found out she was pregnant, but after a tough miscarriage they got married and were what I thought was happy. Once again she became pregnant and miscarried after that the phone calls I received from her only were for me to come get her. He'd become abusive and the marks he left on her were nothing short of scary."

"In the years that followed what happened?"

"I'm not really sure because I joined a band and we took off for a tour. It wasn't until we started our tour here. After a night, out with her friend Elowyn and my band she went home only for him to abuse her. She called me later the next day and the site was just as it was the first time."
