Sleeping with Naill Horan

~Chapter 29~

Life has been anything but easy for me and it seems it may never be easy as long as my ex-husband is looming over my head. I never thought in my life that things would turn out the way they have. I mean who gets married, cheats on their ex, gets pregnant then loves and marries someone else, then gets pregnant again? Who does that? The simple answer is, me. If life were easy I am sure it would be boring, but it seems my life is anything but boring.

I'm sitting at my computer while I am waiting for Vander to wake and my phone is ringing. I answer and I wish I hadn't. The lady on the other lines explains who she is and what she wants. I agree with her that now is not a good time for me to be flying but she insists I have to. I make her give me a reason not to fly and she does. A few days after I talk to her a letter shows up at our door and it states I've been court ordered to appear at a court hearing. Instantly I'm not sure what I want to do since that means I have to take Vander with me.

I call my mother first to see if she's able to watch him and is we're able to stay there. She agrees it will be fine but I feel anything but fine about this. Why can't we just let it rest? I have to get approval from Niall to even take Vander out of the country since he's not old enough to have the proper documentation to get around. Calling and getting ahold of Niall is near impossible today and for some reason it frustrates me, so I call Ash instead.

"Hey Sweetheart."

"Hey babe, can you get Niall to answer his phone?"

"I can try, everything ok?"

"Well I can talk to both of you but I need him to know what's going on."

"Sure, I think he's in the gym."

I can hear him walk to the gym and I hear Niall talking to him but he's going to be a few more minutes. Ash and I talk about things and what's going on at home. There isn't anything new at home other than the doctor says we are ok. It's not long before Niall joins him and I can hear the concern in his voice.

"What's going on?"

"I have to go to moms in a few days and I have to take Vander with me unless one of the two of you can watch him."

"That's not going to work, we're so busy the upcoming week. What's going on that you have to go to your mom's?"

"Remember that time Owen got out of jail and came to find me?"

"They want you to go to court for it." Ash says

"Yeah and I called so that I can tell Niall there are papers in his email he has to sign and fax back."

"What are they? Do I need a lawyer?"

"She said you shouldn't but they are papers that are granting me permission from you to take Vander out of the country. Because he's small and has no need for a passport at his age they want to make sure we are covered. She thinks were going to get hung up in Customs on the way home."

"I'll look for them as soon as I get to my computer. I'll send them out right away. When are, you leaving?"

"The hearing is on Wednesday, I would say Sunday night. We're going to get a late flight so we can sleep the whole way there."

"That's the perfect idea." Ash chimes in and I know it's because he is only there since it's his phone.

"I just wanted to keep both of you informed so you know what's going on." I say starting to laugh.

"What's so funny?" Both of them ask

"You should see your son, he is running around the kitchen naked." I say snapping a picture and sending it to them.
