Sleeping with Naill Horan

~Chapter 30~

Today is a bittersweet day and it gets harder with each passing day. There are times I wish Ash wasn't in a band and wasn't away from me for so long but I know it's not the way it is. Finding out the gender of the baby you carry is something special and since Ash isn't here to share it with me I have to get creative. El and I are finding out what we're having together because like me her man Luke can't be here either. We're sitting in the same room waiting for the doctor who is no longer mad at me.

"I'm so nervous, I really want a girl." El says looking to me.

"I really want a boy for Ash but since we have one already I'd like a girl too." I admit.

"Can I go first?" She asks

"Of course. How are we going to tell them?"

"What if we order a cake from a bakery where they are and have the inside be the color?"

"That's perfect then they can share it with all of them."

The doctor came in and he started with El as requested and the both of us cried. It's a sweet moment and we wish the guys were here to see it. After he's done with me he talks to both of us and he makes it short. Vander is getting restless but I decide we're going to treat to Yummy Mummy.

Once we sit down Vander eats most of his lunch and we eat ours as I search for the closest bakery to them. As soon as I find one I'm on the phone and Vander is trying to drag El into the quiet room. We now call it the quiet room because it needs to be quiet in there so the babies can sleep.

We order the cakes and tell them they have to be ready by Friday. On Friday they will have a concert and they will be able to share the news if they want to. El drops us at our house and she heads home leaving me and Vander to cuddle up and watch movies. Ash calls almost as soon as we sit down and I can hear Luke in the background.

"Hey sweetheart." He says cheerily.

"Hey babe. I have a surprise for you."

"You're going to tell me what bean is?"

"No but that's the surprise. On Friday morning I need you and Luke to go to this Bakery and pick up cakes. Once you gather everyone around you'll be able to know what's going on. They will be labeled with your names on them."

"You're sneaky. Luke is getting excited. Says he don't want to wait until Friday."

"We just sat down to watch movies until bed time." I say to him

"Glad you're having a good day. I'm also glad you could go with El this morning."

"She's scared you guys won't be home in time for them to get here."

"We will make sure of it. At this point we'll be home with a month to spare. I told Joe I won't push out any longer then we already have."

"Good I'm going to need you. I love you."

"I love you too."

We have a short conversation but I miss him so much I can't stand it. I wanted to be there when they are surprised but it turns out they are going to be further away then I want to travel with a toddler. I know Niall misses Vander too and I want him to see him again soon. I decide to call Joe and see what I can do.

"Paige?"

"Joe." I say to him

"You got something up your sleeve for Ash and Luke, don't you?"

"I do but I wasn't sure if I can pull it off."

"What are you thinking?"

"I would like for El and I to be there when they cut open the cakes. We had them colored to the gender of the babies."
