Lina's POV:

"So what do you want for dinner?" Dana asked.

The two of us were sitting on the couch, him sitting normally and me sitting up side down with my feet over the head of the couch next to him, as we played Call Of Duty: Black Ops.

"Hm," I thought, "I do believe that it's your turn to make dinner tonight."

"And indeed you are right," he chuckled. "Which, once again, raises the question: What do you want for dinner?"

"You know," I paused the game and sat upright. "I'm actually in the mood for some pancakes."

"Breakfast for dinner?" he cocked one eyebrow.

"Yeup!" I nodded.

He laughed, "Okay, pancakes it is!"

"You know what you should try?"

"What?"

"You should mix nutella in with the pancake mix!"

"I'll do that if you make us hot chocolate!"

"Deal!"

I rested my head on his lap and hung my legs over the arm of the couch before un-pausing the game.

Dana's POV:

*Monday, January 5, 2014, 5:53 p.m.*

I loved when Lina sat close to me like this. I glanced down at her and smiled. She looked up at me and made a face causing us both to laugh.

"Why are you staring at me?" she laughed.

I felt myself blush as I quickly looked away. I shifted my gaze to her window, looking into her backyard.

"Hey," I said, changing the subject. "Remember when we used to always go in your tree house?"

She sat up and looked out the window too, "Yeah, I remember."

She looked back at me and smiled.

"What?" I asked, smiling back.

"I have an idea."

*Monday, January 5, 2014, 6:30 p.m.*

"Tell me again why we're bringing all this stuff up to the tree house?"

"We're making a fort!" she said, making her way to the big tree in her backyard.

"Okay," I laughed once we got in front of the ladder that led up to the tree house. "How are we going to get all of this stuff up there?"

She thought for a bit before answering, "I'll go up and you'll hand me the stuff?"

I agreed and she started climbing up. Her butt was right in front of my face when she said, "You know, Dana. It would be great if you weren't staring at my ass."

"What?" I quickly looked away and she laughed.

"Aw, you're blushing!" she teased.

"Shut up, Lina!" I laughed and swatted her leg.

"Okay," she said once she got to the top. "Hand me the stuff."

I first gave her the pillows, then the blankets, and then the Christmas lights.

"Okay, what about my laptop?" she asked.

"Right here," I handed it up to her.

She took it and placed it next to her.
