Gabe's POV:
*Monday, June 8, 2015, 10:57 a.m.*

"You're an hour late, where are you?" I spoke into the phone with the other three guys staring intently at my phone I put on speaker.

"Oh shit!" Dalton cussed. "I completely forgot about rehearsal!"

"Yeah," I nodded. "For the second time in a row, man."

"I'm sorry, I'm on my way now!"

"Forget it!" Cole grabbed the phone from me. "We're all leaving already!"

"Cole-"

Cole hung up.

We all shared awkward, uncomfortable glances.

"Uhm, Cole?" Will spoke.

"What?" he turned to face him, speaking harshly.

"I was just going to say that Dalton still needs to learn the new choreography for Touchdown Dance so we could do the video next week."

"Fine," Cole huffed. "Then teach him yourself because I'm not sticking around."

"But, Cole," Dana began.

"I'm not sticking around!"

He walked out, slamming the door behind him.

"Well that was awkward," Will spoke.

"Come on guys," I shook my head.

"Someone call Dalton and tell him to get here."

Dalton's POV:

"I got to go guys," I put my phone in my pocket after hanging up with Will.

"What?" Kitty looked up from tuning her bass. "Where are you going?"

"I already blew off rehearsal yesterday to jam with you guys, I can't do it again," I told them, putting my guitar in its case.

"Come on," Hunter patted my shoulder. "It's just rehearsal. We've only got so much time until we go home."

"I know but, my band comes first," I told them, pulling the strap over my shoulder and strapping it to my back.

"I remember when we were your band," Kitty mumbled.

"What?" I looked at her.

"I'm just saying," she sighed.

"Come on, guys.."

"It's fine, man," Thumper told me.

"Just go, we'll catch up with you later, okay?"

"You sure," I rose a brow at him."

"Of course," he smiled at me.

I walked out of their hotel room and went to my car.

Dana's POV:
*Monday, June 8, 2015, 8:25 p.m.*

"Babe," Lina finally came out of our room.

"Yeah?" I paused the TV.

"Is Nikko asleep yet?" she asked, holding her guitar.

"Yeah, I put her to bed about an hour and a half ago," I answered. "Why?"

"I need you to record something for me," she told me.

"What's up?" I turned off the TV and stood to grab the camera from her hands.

"I finished my new song."

"Can I hear it?" I asked her.

"When you record it for me," she smiled.

"Alright, alright," I laughed.

I set up the camera while she sat on the floor against the wall she liked to keep behind her while she made her videos.

I nodded once I hit the record button.

"Hi, everyone," she smiled and waved into the camera. "I know it's been a while since my last video but, as many of you may know, I was taking care of my daughter. I know that I've been getting a lot heat for having a baby at only seventeen, but it happened. And I kept her. And this song, it's for my baby girl."

She started to play her guitar and began singing her new song.

(A/n- this song is originally called "Oliver Roo" and it's by one of my favorite artists: Noelle Bean.)

"Secret's out, I'm all alone
six months in, baby under my skin
everybody knows
But the sound, of a heart beats hope
kept me from giving up five little pounds of love
that I barely knew

You will always be my baby
my little love
you stole the biggest piece of my heart
You will always be my baby
my little love
you stole the biggest piece of my heart
Oh, my little Roo
Mmm, mmm

My heart stretched wide
when I saw you for the first time
Pearl pink toes and a perfect nose
you're my little girl
When you cry I'll rock and sing to you a lullaby
When you're through don't grow up too soon
Rest those sleepy eyes

You will always be my baby
my little love
you stole the biggest piece of my heart
You will always be my baby
my little love
you stole the biggest piece of my heart
Oh, my little Roo

I love you, oh yeah
Left foot, right foot, stumble and fall
when life's a little hard we still stand tall

Faith and hope will get you by
This too shall pass, you remind me why
You will always be my baby
my little love

you stole the biggest piece of my heart
You will always be my baby
my little love
you stole the biggest piece of my heart
Oh, my little Roo"

"That was amazing," I told her once she finished her video.

"You liked it?" she smiled, tucking a piece of hair behind her ear.

"Loved it," I hugged her, kissing her forehead. "Love you."

"Dork," she hit my face with her hand.

"Love you," I repeated into her palm.

"Love you, too," she laughed, replacing her hand with her lips on mine.

Dalton's POV:
*Tuesday, June 9, 2015, 3:42 a.m.*

I lied awake in bed with Em curled up at my side. She had her head rested on my chest while my arm was under her and her legs were entangled with mine, the blanket barely passing my hips, exposing my uncovered torso.

I ran my free hand through my blonde hair and stared up at the ceiling.

Was Cole really mad at me?

Why wouldn't he be? my subconscious rang through my head.

Because I haven't seen my old band in a really long time I argued.

Your point? You're blowing off your current band for them, he argued back.

But-

But nothing. You know you're not being fair to either of you bands right now.

So then what am I supposed to do? I asked myself.

What was I going to do?
