Cole's POV:
*January 3, 2014, 10:53 a.m.*
I tried to stay as still as possible while I hid under Darcie's bed. Her parents canceled their morning plans and were home instead.
About five minutes ago, her mom started calling for her and then she started coming up the stairs. Moving faster than I ever have in my life, I dove under the bed.
"And look, anak!" Darcie's mom shouted in her thick Filipino accent while she yelled at her in Tag-lish (a mix of Tagalog and English) "Ay nako! I already told you! Clean this mess ah! Jesus, Mary, y Jose! Makulit na makulit k'ayo!"
"Okay, Ma! It's not even that messy!" she said back.
"Ano ba? See you're so messy this is clean for you! My God, makulit naman!"
"Fine! I'll clean it!"
"Watch your tone ah!" her mom said before leaving. "We'll be back at three!"
"Okay," I could basically hear her rolling her eyes. She crouched down next to the bed before whispering, "Come on, Cole."
I put on my shorts over my boxers while she kept on my button up shirt that barely passed her butt, covering only her underwear. We stayed in her room until we heard her garage door close.
On the way to her kitchen, we passed her little brother, Mark.
"Ooh! Ate, I'm telling mom that Cole's here!"
"Really Mark?" we both looked at him in disbelief. She looked at me, and I already knew what to do. I took out my wallet from my back pocket and handed him a ten dollar bill.
He smiled up at me and took the money before pulling his fingers across his lips as to say that they're zipped.
"Ate?" he turned before rounding the corner to his room.
"Yes?" she asked him, sounding irritated.
"Put some pants on," and with that he left as her face turned red.
I chuckled as Darcie and I walked into the kitchen.
"So, what do you want to do today?" she hoped up on the counter and swung her legs over the side.
I looked at her and smirked, "Let's start with this."
I moved closer to her and placed my hands on her knees, spreading them apart so that I could stand in between her legs. I connected our lips and ran my hands up her thighs and pulled her into me. She slipped her hands down my chest and ran them over my bare torso.
My stomach growled and we both laughed into the kiss. We broke apart, and I rested my forehead against hers.
"I'm hungry," I said and she laughed again.
"I can see that."
"Let's go get crepes!" I pulled away, excited.
"Okay, okay! But that means we have to bring Mark!"
"Deal!"
"Hold on," she hopped off the counter and reached for their home phone. "Mom?" she said after dialing.
"Yeah, is it cool if Cole picks up me and Mark for breakfast?"
...
"Yes, Mom. I already cleaned it," she rolled her eyes.
...
"Love you, too. Bye," and she hung up.
"So yes?" I asked and she smile and nodded.
